My Dr. suggested these for me as I had a genetic testing done and come to find out I have a folic acid issue. Great product and I'm still taking them months later. They do help! I would check with your Dr. before taking to be on the safe side.

Something happened to this companies product. We bought it for years for my husbands genetic issue. All of a sudden the packaging changed, he started having mood issues, stomach problems and in general it is not working as it was. We are looking for other options for this.

This med combines with my anti/depressents and makes them more effective. It is quite expensive for a supplement that lasts one month.

Been taking for 2 months now, and really feel a big difference in mood balance. My doctor had the gene test done for me and results showed I should be taking this. My advice is to start taking in smaller amounts and work up to 15mgs. I highly recommend if you’re someone who needs to take it.
