It can be used by beginners and those at other levels. A color exercise guide is included and is quite helpful. It is sturdy and mostly assembled already in the box and finally once assembled easy to adjust as I am moving from the footbar to legs in straps. I used to have a cheaper model that was literally half the price, but I finally went for this one and am glad.

I had been searching for a home reformer for months and was hesitant bc I was afraid they’d fall short from the studio ones I’m used to. I wanted something for home that I could go daily between my 1/wk studio visits. This is surprisingly great. It glides nicely - easy install and just seems sturdy and nice quality overall. The ropes vs springs are not a bother to me at all. For $500 this is great.

The box was pretty beaten up and practically open on one end. One of the bands securing the box had already broken and was laying on my porch with the tattered box. I took picks in case I had problems with missing parts. Once fully opened the Styrofoam was broken to pieces and was all over the place, so I was concerned there might be parts missing but everything was there. The directions were easy to follow. Putting together the stand was a breeze. My only complaint is that the rebound attachment was not fully assembled and because of the tension on that thing, it was not easy for a female to do by herself. That was definitely a two-person project. If not for that, I'd have given it a solid rating of 5 stars. I'm loving it.

I love this machine.So I am going to give a full-on review. I bought this machine after reading all the reviews it was about a 50/50.I don't know if it was easy to assemble because my son did it:) however I immediately gave it a try and didn't realize how many wonderful things that it did when I bought it. I will get a full body workout out of this machine. at the moment I have a lot of challenges due to some knee and back injuries which has put me quite a bit overweight I could get on this machine and I did squats and abs the first time using it with no pain. I am excited as I feel like I have found the answer to everything that has stopped me from working out ❤️❤️❤️ I highly recommend it anything that was said in previous reviews from other people about it being unsturdy is not true it does take up a lot of room but I have a lot of room I have a huge room just for working out but it is worth every inch I can't wait to really dive In

Please be aware of the measurements. The actual board to lay on is only 17 inches. I can’t even fit my back and both arms in the machine when working out. It’s extremely misleading. You can’t return it after 30 days. Awful purchase, awful experience.

If you want to exercise but have problems standing or walking this is the equipment for you. You can run & or do squats while laying on your back, this allows you to work out longer. You can use the arm bands to work your stomach & arms. When you get stronger you have a chart that shows you plenty of exercises to do on this one machine. If you’re young & fit I would recommend getting the unit that allows you incline the board.

Now the stand it comes with does not fit the machine so the stand is at the dump!!! However, it’s not needed!!!!! The variety of exercises I do is more that I even gave time for.... but you can’t do those excercized with any other machine. It glides perfectly and I’m actually getting stomach muscles I never had before!!!! It’s the best purchase I have ever made!!!!

I just got my aeropilates reformer on Friday which was about a week before it was supposed to arrive. The box was mangled and I was worried but everything was perfectly intact.The machine itself, I love! Low impact on my knees with the rebounder, the exercise options poster, ability to stretch and work on strength and cardio.. it’s a great machine. I’ve been using it everyday. It’s easy for the workouts to become redundant but if you know what you are doing you can get creative.Glad I purchased this, I can’t wait to start seeing the results after a few weeks.

My wife purchased this product because she felt it would make her become a regular user. She was right she exercises 5 days straight, rest for two days and starts the routine again. It is strongly suggested to do the same exercise routine until you can improve enough to add another tension band. It will help to tone your muscles and make you feel good.

Me encantó, llegó muy rápido, es muy fácil de armar, llegó en excelentes condiciones y todo muy bien empaquetado.Llevo una semana usándolo y cumple con todo lo que se ofrece.Me uniera gustado que trajera 4 ligas para incrementar la fuerza, pero cumple muy bien con el objetivo, la cama es silenciosa y cómoda.

The most fun I have ever had exercising. I would highly recommend this product for anyone reluctant to try a new form of exercise. Comes with instructional DVD's which was not mentioned in the original description. Easy to follow and maintain a healthy routine.

Good choice for a beginner. Only problem and reason for low rating is the end caps at bottom of the stand have an extremely toxic 'made in China' smell. I'm currently searching for replacements as I cannot tolerate it. The rest of equipment is fine. It's a shame this small part (6 end caps) can ruin a good product. I hope the product owner ( Aeros Pilates) demands a better part form their Chinese manufacturers.
