A Great Product and Better Customer Service (with no followthrough)
Update 6/15/22: So the product is still great, though the filter could last longer, but this update is about the supposedly great customer service. After the whole mess below and Wingsol offering to send me a free replacement filter to make up for the issue with the adapters, they then asked me to upvote 50 or more of the reviews on the product page and they'd send a second filter as well. However, when I didn't end up doing that, they just decided to not even send the promised singular replacement filter. So... still a good product, but a less than reliable company. Do with that grain of salt what you will. First, let me say that now that I actually have this ON my faucet, it's working fantastic. I've always used Brita and Pur before looking for a less obvious alternative in desperation, because those two major brands were always such mediocre quality. I'm talking inevitable leaking, fit issues, flow issues, etc, every time. We got the Wingsol one on the faucet and it fits perfectly, it's really convenient in how it can be pushed to one side or twisted up or down out of the way, the water flow through the main aerator is strong and steady, and the flow through the filter is quick (but not so quick you worry it's not actually being filtered; when you turn it off there's still a light trickle that comes out for a few seconds because it came through the filter as you were turning it off.) And the taste is exactly what I hoped for. We live in a rural "city" in the Deep South, which means atrocious municipal water quality and frequent boil-water notices. The tap water as-is tastes awful and I don't actually want to imagine what's in it. Run through this filter, the water comes out crystal clear and tastes as good as if not better than purified bottled water. Now, this took a week to install--but that's not the product's fault. Turns out I have a slightly weird faucet. When I contacted the seller because none of the adapters had fit, they responded really quickly to every message and found an alternative adapter on Amazon for me and offered to refund the cost of it or send a free filter (I chose the free filter.) When the alternate adapter arrived and STILL didn't fit, they tried to help me figure out why, and then offered for me to purchase one of their under-sink systems which would be 100% refunded after reviewing. (They didn't even ask specifically for a positive review, just that I leave one.) Since we're renters and we've never messed around with the under-sink deal before, we waited a day to try a couple other things and ended up finding an adapter that worked with the weird thread style on our faucet, so there was no need to take the other offer when we already had this and it was working great, finally. Overall, the product itself is exactly what I needed it to be (love that it's stainless steel, maneuverable, easy to change the filter), but the responsive and attentive customer service really made what would otherwise have been a really frustrating experience absolutely gold. (Shoutout to Steven at Wingsol for being a solid dude and great customer service agent. Y'all need to give that man a raise.) Definitely recommend this, and by far over the overly-hyped Pur and Brita.

A Brilliant Purchase
No leakage, smooth and clean tasting water. It was so easy to set up and start to use. So far, it seems very durable. The Wingsol Water Filter has provided exactly what I needed and Iโm very happy to have purchased it. And I bought extra filters, alkaline water filters which Iโm also excited about.

Great faucet water filter!
I just received this yesterday and installed it on the faucet to my kitchen sink. I am very happy with the structure of the filter housing and parts and that it is ALL stainless steel! A friend and I were just discussing the other day about how many "plumbing materials/items" are made of plastic these days and how they do not hold up as well as stainless steel and other high quality metals that were once used frequently for plumbing materials/items in the past. You can still get plumbing materials made of high quality metals, but not as often or as cheap as you can plastic. But I still think it is better to pay for quality over quantity in the long run. The price for this faucet filter is not extremely expensive but it is on the little bit more expensive side for a faucet filter, but not by very much! I still say it is worth the money because of the quality of faucet filter you get! I will say I had a bit of difficulty installing the filter, only because the washer that is between the filter housing and the part that attaches to the faucet fell out and went down my drain. Unfortunately, there was not a replacement washer that came with the filter so I had to go to a Harbor Freight near my house and find a washer that fit. The washer did not cost much but it would have been nice to have had a spare like there were spare washers for the part that attaches to the faucet. Once I found a washer that worked the installation was easy! I did have to use a pair of channel locks to ensure that the filter was tight enough on my faucet. But it did not take much to tighten it. Once fully installed, I let the water run through the filter for about 5 minutes as instructed on the instruction manual that came with the filter. I got the model that has the filter that reduces heavy metals and makes the water pH more alkaline. I have always tried to buy bottled/packaged water that was considered to have a pH that was more alkaline not only for the taste but also for the benefits that alkaline water is claimed to have. I could tell a tremendous difference in the quality of the water with just the first use! There was no longer a chlorine smell and the water tasted so much better! Personally, I believe it even tastes better than bottled water! So far I am very happy with my purchase and plan to purchase more from this company in the future! I will most definitely purchase replacement filters for this unit that are for reducing heavy metals and increasing the pH of the water to make it more alkaline.

Easy to Install - Water Smells Fresh
Easy to install, comes with a wide variety of adapters to fit just about any faucet configuration. The tainless Steel finish looks nice and matches my existing faucet. Water from filter has a 'clean' smell to it, meaning 'no smell at all'.....which in New Orleans, is something to boast about. Faucet water here is sourced from the Mississippi River and even though it's treated by the municipal water facility, it often has an 'algae odor' or musty odor to it. So far, this filter eliminates the off taste and funky aroma really well. According to the manufacturer, it removes 99.6% heavy metals like lead and mercury......HOWEVER, it does not typically remove other dissolved solids, chemicals and minerals. If you want to do that, you'll have to get a reverse osmosis filter. My objective was to remove the possibility of lead and fix the odor.......so if what the manufacturer says about removing 99.6% of lead is accurate, I'm happy. My only wish is that it lasted longer than a few months without replacing the internal filter cartridge because they cost a little more than half the price of the whole unit! Water pressure passing through the filter is reduced by quite a bit!!! Like, a LOT. If you're just washing dishes though, you can operate it without using the filter and you will have your regular water pressure as it was before. I only use the filtered water for cooking though, and since I only drink bottled spring water, that doesn't concern me too much, just makes me impatient because it's so slow. It took my filter 4.62 seconds to fill an 8oz measuring cup. Not terrible, just takes a while if you're filling a pot for pasta or potatoes.

Great price for a really great product
We have been using this Wingsol water filter for a few months now and are super happy with it. It was very easy to attach to our kitchen faucet and the lever you turn to get the filtered water is extremely easy to turn. We had a different brand filter before and could hardly turn the lever. We highly recommend this product. Great price and a great product! Thanks Wingsol

Great filter
This is a nice filter for your faucet. It was easy to put on my faucet. The water flow is stronger than I thought it would be when I am using the filter. You donโt need to use the filter all the time if you donโt want to as it gives you that option. I am quite satisfied with filter and recommend it.

Better than Pur
I have used Pur for the last few years but it was pretty ugly on the sink and the water always had a slightly off taste which is to be expected. I switched because I had higher hopes for this one filtering chlorine, which I am not able to test. Regardless, it's functional, durable, looks nice on the faucet, and the water tastes good. I miss having the light that shows when the filter needs changed, but that's nothing big. The 360 degree angle more than makes up for it. It's easy to get water when the sink is full because you can just tilt the filter. I didn't even have to use a different fitting to connect, it fit perfectly. However, I did use some white tape on there to seal the leak on the faucet. It's been good for about a month but the joint where the filter and fitting connect are starting to drip, which is something I can't fix. It's not a big deal with a few drops here and there, but I will update in the future if this becomes a problem. Overall, it's served us well and the water tastes good, don't overthink buying this. However, I will see if that remains true if I find cheap filter replacements when it needs it.

Great Filter, but no Adapter size to fit my faucet
The filter works great and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a simple filter that not only removes all traditional contaminants, but also removes/reduces PFOS and PFAS. The only problem I had was with the adapters for my faucet. I needed a 15/16 inch x 55/64 inch male size to replace the aerator on my kitchen faucet and fit the filter. They Did Not provide a male 15/16 adapter end that fits my faucet, which is the most common size. I had to go to Lowes and spend $8.50 to get it

A great product which removes chlorine smell from the water and purifies it
I am writing this review after 8 months of use of this product and I am happy to share that I did not find any problem with this product. This filter works the best and also removes chlorine smell from the drinking water. This was one of the main purpose I purchased this water filter (Wingsol) This filter also seems to clean the water well. The great part is it fits in the UR taps without any problems as multiple attachments are provided with this product. This product is bit costly and suggest you to reduce the price so that majority of the people can purchase it without any second thought. Highly recommended for home use.

Very good filter
I'm very happy with this filter, is doing great job and I can see and taste the difference. The only thing that I don't like it is that the pieces to connect the filter to the tap is plastic and should be metal. Generally I'm very happy about the filter and looking forward to see filter like that in a shower head aswel. I really recommend this product.

Water filter
Wonderful filter, brought it after discovering what type of pipes our water flows through, gives a piece of mind that the water is actually clean, and as a bonus the taste is much better too. As you can see from the pictures, easy to use, can still use unfiltered water if need be, and itโs aesthetically pleasing too. It was extremely easy to install, so overall very happy, would recommend.
