Great if you make your own capsules, saves money.

Update: the small hard balls of coQ10 at the top of the package, and maybe though-out, made it hard to collect a consistent amount using a 1/4 tsp measuring spoon, so I tried crushing them by squeezing the outside of the package with my fingers and that worked. So far, the energy boost has continued. I mix it in safflower oil in a Tbs spoon and then use my tongue to wipe it all around my gums, before swallowing it, coQ10 has ben shown clinically to be good for gum health. 26 years ago coQ10 was only available as a powder in capsules, I would open them and mix with oil. But for 15 or more years, I have only seen it as capsules already in oil. When I buy a 120 count bottle of 100mg capsules, it seems to loose its affect on me after a week or two, and for the last bottle when I ran out I did not notice a difference without it. I wondered if it was not stable, like the powder form. So I bought this coQ10 powder to see if it was stable. Fortunately, I have a gram scale that I got to convert a pizza dough recipe ingredients from grams to teaspoons to make perfect dough. In the picture is a little over 100 mg, you can compare it to the quarter above it. Those little balls were the easiest to spoon out, but they need to be crushed to mix with oil, I used the backside of a 1/2 tsp spoon in a 1 Tbs spoon with oil. That amount has been giving me an energy buzz since 11 am, it is now 9 pm, so potent! Will see how long the potency lasts, storing in frig., but could move to freezer, will check on which is better.

I have in the past used other powders like this to mix in my morning coffee. This one refuses to mix with any water. Regardless of what I do, it just sits on top and sticks to the side of the cup. I even used my smoothie mixer to blend it up and that still failed. This is too much work. It’s going in the trash.

I KNOW the smells & feel of the "name brand" products- the active ingredients are the same. It's the active ingredients that work- the rest is fluff. "Fluff" to your own preferences with oils you like. It's science. You can be your own Chemist thanks to Bulk Supplements, In fact, your vitamin-C will be even fresher!! 5) COq10 (by Bulk Supplements) is a remarkable anti-oxidant, Prevage-MD is sold in Dr's offices & contains the same active ingredients. Prevage is even a weaker form of CoQ-10 sold at Macy's for $100. Make it yourself with Bulk Supplement CoQ10 for pennies. 5) Niacinamide- a powerful nutrient does AMAZING things for the skin (research it) & is the active ingredient in MANY expensive skin care products. One great expensive line sold in MD offices is "Nia 24" The ENTIRE line is based on the active ingredient of Niacin. Niacinamide, is another product you can buy through Bulk Supplements. When made into a recipe, each pack yields about a year or more of product. Most product you mix with distilled water or oils. It's ridiculous the amount of money saved & the quality of which you can make at home. There are several websites dedicated to DIY (do-it-yourself) recipes. P.S. Do NOT be cheap on sunscreen. Always buy & wear a good quality UVA/UVB Broad Spectrum sunscreen everyday. It's still the cheapest & most effective beauty treatment you can buy no matter your age.

I have had no complaints with any of the supplements from this company, but the packaging is terrible (as it is with all brands of bagged bulk supplements from Amazon). These bags ARE NOT RESEALABLE. They look like a zip-lock bag but I have NEVER had one seal properly. It's annoying to pay a large sum for a supplement only to have it quickly ruin or clump from absorbing moisture if you fail to repackage the product as soon as you open it. How difficult can it be to package your products in a bag that is actually resealable? If you buy bulk products from this (or any other company), invest in a coffee canister style container with a lid with a gasket. If you live in a humid area like Florida, your power WILL spill, ruin or clump if you don't place the bag in an airtight container.

Yes, just like an earlier comment those Bulk Sups zippy pouches dont zip back up tight. Maybe 10% of them will seal proper. WTF CARES? Is my question. Coz at this price and quality just GET A GRIP ON YOURSELF and immedietly put your supps in a container that has a lid. This helps keep my supps STERILE CLEAN until its time to re order. Get over it buddy. Its a good price. Buy some capsules for four times the price if thats what it takes to stop complaining already. Okay, now the actual SUPPLEMENT. Yup, it works great, just like all the kilo bags of supplements I bought from Bulk Supps. I probably have 900 to 1500 bucks worth of Bulk Supps products on hand and ingested daily. (Life threatening adult Clinical ADHD.) My only question about this CoQ10? Is this Ubiquinon or Ubiquinol CoQ10? It seams to have quick absorption rate but I’m not certain that its actual Ubiquinol based. The Ubiquinol absorbs better. And this is my first go round with CoQ10 so I have nothing to compare against. I’ll just shoot Bulk Supps an email and report back. They Always reply. It may take a week but you will get your technical inquiries answered every time. Anyway, buying Bulk Supps by the kilo pouches is the only way I could take what is needed on my budget. Yes, I get monthly blood work and UA to track all the supps I consume and adjust accordingly. Thanks for saving my life Bulk Supps. 🤓

I ordered powder CoQ10 and powder Resveratrol same amount and first thing noted is the packaging was different on each product. I knew right off the CoQ10 would be a problem. I began using 1/8 tsp of each supplement, always both, at the same time, almost daily. The Resveratrol was in a smaller zip lock within the bigger package which worked very well. The CoQ10 was loose in the bigger package. As I got closer to bottom, it's become very difficult to scoop out the 1/8 tsp. This morning I dumped remaining into a bowl to transfer it to a very small zip lock--difficult because of the bottom creases in bigger package. What remained in package, I mixed with water as best I could within the package and drank that. The remaining CoQ10, I put in small ziplock. I have a picture but I don't know how to attach. I weighed both the remaining Resveratrol and CoQ10, and the difference was very significant. 10 grams for Resveratrol, 1 gram for CoQ10. I will not order powder again based on not knowing exactly how it will be packaged. Too pricey for this much trouble. I gave 3 stars because I believe the CoQ10 does increase my energy and stamina. But not again in powder form.

The item came in unzipped bags inside and outside, causing ingredients to spill from the inside bag to the outside bag and into the groves. It was difficult to clean up. Also there lacked directions for quantity, via a measuring tool, per serving! Doubt if I will purchase again.
