I am by far not a professional stylist, but have been cutting my own hair for years. These scissors are the bomb and cut like slicing through butter. So much better than the ones I was using. For the price and the nice edge I would buy them again, but probably won't have to for a very long time. I don't know what the pros would think of them but I give them 5 stars. I really like these scissors, they are my favorite after several sets over the years. I like these scissors for the thumb and finger hole grips, they are super sharp, they cut very smoothly. They have a nice polished chrome appearance and the tips are slightly rounded for a little bit of safety’s sake. For me they’re the perfect size. For the quality and craftsmanship of these scissors, I think they are a good value , even if just slightly more expensive than others. I think you should get these.

I cut my husband's and son's hair at home. I am not a hairstylist by trade, but have added it to one of the many titles I have. These scissors are amazing. I used to cut hair with what came in the Wahl razor kit, and it amazes me what a game changer theses have been for haircuts. They are very sharp, but easy to use. I am impressed and it has made hair cutting much more fun.

Blades as advertised, sharp and great to the touch! I would prefer longer blade lengths, but overall I recommend!

these are nice and weighty and very clearly good quality. I bought these to tidy a cosplay wig but I haven't used it yet, It seems like it'll be very good for cutting hair :) the set with comb is the exact same as the plain silver / blue pair, just an FYI for those of you without prime who favour the lesser price lol.

These are excellent scissors and part of what makes them so good is that they are very very sharp! So a word of caution here be careful when you use them! I wish they would have come with some sort of protective cover. Otherwise it's an excellent purchase.

Crap don't waste your money
