This supplement does not smell or taste as bad as others I have tried. Of note, the serving size is 4 capsules. They are rather large size. It took me about 2.5-3 months to use them all since it was difficult taking 4 pills daily. It did not cause any nausea or other adverse side effects, but I’m not sure I saw any improvement. It could be that I did not use it long enough. I don’t know if the price justifies continued use, so I’ll probably look for an alternative.

I’ve been using Nutrafol for three years and cannot say enough for how it worked for my thinning hair. I use the postpartum formula as it works best for me. The shedding hair at the shower drain has changed tremendously. I’ll be continuing taking this formula for as long as I can.

I absolutely love these vitamins. When u had my first born I lost hair like crazy and never took anything. I had my second a few months ago and have been taking these religiously and have had Minimal fallout. The only downside is you have to take 4 and the taste is honestly terrible but they work to keep your hair attached to your head.

The "Women over 50" product had no effect after taking for 18 months however, no negative effects from taking the Pills. (I guess Baldness just runs in our Family.)
