Good product
Very expensive and it did assist in shifting a bit of my extra weight. But, just a bit too pricey for tge overall benefit it provided. Not for me again but perhaps better suited to someone else

I've tried taking these along with diet and exercise. Didn't lose a single pound after a month. I am not buying them again. Waste of money.

Have reduced appetite
I’m only in week 2 of these and so far are working well. Have reduced appetite and feeling fuller for longer. Have lost 2lbs so far but have only changed diet not exercising at same time. Have not had any side effects with them. Taste of the pill is ok These are expensive but I think for me after trying so many other diet pills out there that don’t work, these are definitely worth the cost. I brought on offer.

Not suited to me
I had to stop taking after 3 days as I had really bad constipation.I had even made sure I was drinking nearly 3 pints of water a day and pldnty of roughage.I just feel dissapointed but it just did not agree with me and it was a lot of money to lose.

Basic Ingredients Cleverly Marketed at an Inflated Price.
Don't buy these, they are just made from basic natural ingredients/supplements with clever marketing. "Okranol" is a mix of okra powder and inulin powder, both of which can be bought far cheaper on their own and then mixed at home. However, there's actually no solid clinical evidence that either of these ingredients have any meaningful effect on fat absorbtion anyway. A standard dose might absorb roughly 15g to 25g of fat across a whole day (1g of fat equals 9 calories), so at best they are blocking roughly 135 to 225 calories a day. That might be helpful for some people, but it only equates to around the same the number of calories in a bag of crisps or a slice of toast. Save your money.
