Yes, you can actually "read" at a horses personality just by looking at him! The book provides every little thing to consider when you want to tell everything about your horse: like how do ears, front legs, back legs, bumps, head shape, head size, eye shape and size, nose, mouth, lips, and chin influence personality, potential and performance. In the end of the book there also are some horse faces pictured, so you can practice telling their personality correctly. Plus this is not only some imaginary stuff, it really works. I have tried to "indicate" the personality of all of my horses before starting g to work with them- and I really did! Everything I would've learned about my horses in training now, I already knew from the beginning! I purchased with the ultimate training book by her, and they really need to be purchased in a pair to get the most from either book. I would ad this book to any horse persons shelf and I am grateful to have it on mine! If you are looking more for massage and actual TTouch exercises just get the Ultimate Training guide as it is the one that actually breaks down and explains TTouch. If you are getting this book to read horses profiles and learn more about distinguishing characteristics and what they can explain about your horses temperament this is the book for you. Do not buy if you are looking for the massage techniques that is the ULTIMATE book. Sorry to repeat so many times lol but the title on this book is a little misleading and I want people to order what they want.
