I am a 13 but I could not get these socks on my feet. **Q: Can you put the girl pack on the bottom of feet** A: I don't know what you're referring to by girl pack, but there is a gel pack that goes into the sock that covers the whole bottom of your foot. There are 3 gel packs for each sock. One small one for top of foot near toes, one small gel pack for back of your heal and a large gel pack for bottom of foot. They all go into their sleeves nicely. **Q: How long to gel packs stay cold?** A: I don't know how long they stay cold, but I can tell you they are sized very small. My husband could not get them on - and that was with no gel packs inserted. I wear these for about 20-30 minutes at night and my foot feels so refreshed in the morning. I was skeptical about this product at first, but I was willing to try anything to ease the pain. I'm so glad I did. The first time I used this, I only put the ice packs in the freezer. It's not terrible - but took me a couple times to remember which ice pack went where in the sock. But I'm a busy mom of two who works outside the home, and goes to school full time myself, and for convenience I've started putting the whole sock, ice packs and all, into the freezer when I'm done with it, and it's ready to slip right on the next night.I have not yet tried it for heat, so I'm unable to give it a fair review on that aspect.I have walked lightly on it, only putting pressure on my heel, and it seems to hold up well. I would not walk on it with full weight because I'm unsure if the bottom ice pack would get damaged from the pressure.In short, no complaints.
