Not working at all
The product is not working now. After one day, it stopped working. The Wi-Fi and internet router are the same, nothing changed, and it's still not working.

Good. Poor battery life.
Surprisingly this xiaomi product battery time is not as advertised. It lasts about 3 weeks. Recording only upto 30 seconds clips. Cannot record long clips.

Good Doorbell but I received a faulty one
The quality of this doorbell is great and the setup was very easy. However, I received a faulty unit as the video output was all red and no other colors. I did a power reset and also a hard reset which did not resolve the issue. Sadly, returned the item and will buy this again. Hoping to receive a working unit this time.

Not what expected
Battery not as advertised, we have to charge once a month but it’s not the issue. The biggest problem is that video recording only for max 16seconds while someone still in range of the camera. We did settings for 30sec which is maximal option but it’s cutting off recording before that.

Connection problems
Worked ok for a month but now cant connect to wifi so it’s useless now. Battery life was also not as promised max lasts for a month. Often needs restarting…not recommended

Not working
I bought this while ago and it was working well but after a while although it has sufficient battery charge showing offline and not receiving notification on phone and communication on the phone is not working well, I am looking to find a way to return it because I think it must have the warranty 😔 I attached the photo although it has 96% battery level had been offline from two days ago 😔
