Tried several but none really gave me that "snug fit". After reading a few reviews, I decided to take a chance and order a small instead of my regular size medium. Glad I did. At first didnt think I could get it to fit but got it on without any problems and wore it all day while doing yard work. Holds you in good and keeps your posture straight while keeping breast sitting up nicely lol. For reference I weigh 156 pounds, 5'4 in height with a 27 inch waist and 34dd breast. If you really want a snug fit and flat look I would recommend going down a size. Help me fit into my skinny clothes by covering up my belly fat.It encourages me to stand and sit up straight and that makes me feel taller, slimmer, and more confident. It also helps me fit into my smaller clothes by flattening my tummy fat. I've been wearing it for 3 weeks now. First off, I'm 5'2" and 170 lb. I bought a large and it was like a size too small because it bunched up in the back, but I wore it any way. After two weeks, I noticed that it was slipping on me (meaning it wasn't as tight as before), so I went down to the next set off hooks. Yay! When I first started wearing it, there was an OBVIOUS difference in how thin I looked with it on. Now, I'm not so much, so I may need to go down to the third set of hooks. I suppose I've lost weight since buying it, because now my husband thinks I'm wearing when I'm not because I look smaller.
