How do you empty the water tank after use? The tank's mouth has a slight lip so not even holding it upside down and shaking gets all the water out.

I don't fill the water completely full if I only have one garment to steam therefore it creates less water to shake out. If there is water left in the tank afterwards, I shake the unit until that silver ball Comes out, I hold that so it's not banging all about, and most of the water does come out. I then leave the flap open to air dry before I put it away.

The Line length of this garment steamer NB316A is 5.9ft (1.8m)

My steamer was working fine, but now that i’m trying to use it again, it flashes yellow then flashes red and nothing happens. what do i do?

hi, maybe Calcium build-up over time, don't worry, you can clean your water tank first, check the steps of Troubleshooting: https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/C1KsphjiGLL.pdf Sometimes you can see steam after waiting 3-5 minutes, then it works. If the steamer still doesn't product steam, just contact us via message or our official website (search Newbealer you can find it), we would like to offer a replacement at once!

Can i use this in a cruise ship ? Can i use this on a cruise ship ?

hi, please make sure the cruise has a power socket first. This garment steamer only fits for 120V, if you want to use it on 220V, you need to use a voltage converter + adapter plug by yourself.
