The construction is sturdy and well made, and I like the rustic look of it. The basket isn't at all scratchy, and I think it's cuter in person.Love this item. So far they have been sturdy and are withstanding the elements Cape Cod throws at them. I planted small plants, Lobelia, petunias, wedding veil and impatients...all look lovely. Takes a bit of maneuvering at first to settle them in, as they tend to bend over the edge, but once settled they take off. Love them.

These were adorable baskets and perfect for hanging from any type of hook.They hold man-made rose flowers in my bedroom in a convenient place and in the bathroom they are perfect for extra guest toothbrushes and small toothpaste. I love this basket. It’s super cute and seems to be pretty well made. The only reason I did 4 instead of 5 stars is because the way they sewed the plastic inside onto the basket was not done well. Very cheap string that broke immediately so the plastic started to fall in. Simple fix was to use a hot glue gun along the edges! Stays well and peels right off if at some point I want to remove the plastic entirely. Overall definitely worth the buy.
