are these loose fitting pajamas?

They are loose fitting as opposed to "snug fitting". If you're looking for snug fitting for sleeping, these would not be a match for that.

Are the pajamas non slippery? We have hardwood floors and some pajamas we bought were still slippery even though they had the rubber.

The little grippies on the bottom help, but my LO slips from time to time in them. Nothing out of the ordinary though. Hope that helps!

Is polyester good for baby skin?

I WOULD NOT PUT THESE ON MY GRANDDAUGHTER. HORRIBLE CHEMICAL SMELL LIKE BUG SPRAY. Made in Cambodia. Package nor sealed.

Do these pajamas have fold over cuffs for hands?

No they do not but they are super warm. We love them.
