Perfect for our needs
I work in a grocery store. We swipe our badges for overrides at the self checkout 20-30x a day on average. These are so much better than the round reels. They last months, even when some people twirl the badge around using the cord. Some people put their keys on it too; it holds 3-4 keys easily without coming loose. Well worth the price.
