Do you recommend buying this Japanese chef knife?

Highly recommended! I chose this one from this Japanese cooking knife and another one, and I had a really good experience when I got it. It's very smooth for cutting meat or vegetables, but I don't recommend it for cutting hard food. The shape of this Japanese knife is also very elegant, simple and generous, so far I like it very much.

Is this kitchen meat knife suitable for ladies?

I think it's perfect for a lady. The Gyuto knife I bought is very light compared to other knives. The width of the handle and the grip of the knife are also very comfortable and I feel like a professional chef when I hold it in my hand.

Is this chef's knife sharp?

Sharp. The knife description shows that the blade is only 2.0mm thick. I received the item and found it to be very thin and sharp, and I was able to cut beef and tomatoes with ease.
