This Machine Humbled Me, Strengthened Me, and Made Me Regret All My Life Choices (In a Good Way)
This vertical climber?? A WORKOUT. A WARRIOR. A BRUTAL BUT LOVING FITNESS COACH. The first time I stepped on it, my legs said, “Ma’am are you sure?” But after a few sessions I was climbing like I owed someone money. First Impressions Assembly was EASY. Shockingly easy. Like “why can’t furniture be like this?” easy. The metal rails feel sturdy, the frame isn’t flimsy, and once it’s up, it looks like a machine that means business. AND it folds up! Which means I can pretend I’m not collecting gym equipment in my living room. Using It This thing works EVERY muscle at once: • Legs • Glutes • Arms • Core • My will to live Within 30 seconds I was sweating. Within 2 minutes I was bargaining with God. Within 5 minutes I felt like an Olympian. It’s smooth, quiet, and the movement feels natural — not jerky or awkward. Why It SLAPS • Burns calories FAST • Gets your heart rate up instantly • Low impact on joints • Adjustable height for different users • Super sturdy (even during my chaotic climbing sessions) • Folds away when you need your house to look normal Honestly, it’s one of the best full-body cardio machines you can get without selling a kidney. Pros • Easy assembly • Quiet (my kids didn’t even notice I was suffering) • Smooth climbing motion • 5 adjustable height levels • Folds for storage • Serious calorie burn Cons • Will make you question your fitness level • You will sweat and then sweat more • Not for the weak-willed (but you’ll get stronger FAST) Final Verdict If you want a machine that: • Works your whole body • Fits in your house • Doesn’t cost a fortune • Actually makes you feel the burn Get this climber. It humbled me, but it’s also giving me legs, stamina, and confidence I didn’t know I had.

Your Total Home Gym Cardio Solution!
The Vertical Climber Exercise Machine has been an absolute game-changer for my home workouts! As a fitness enthusiast, I'm always on the lookout for effective and efficient equipment, and this climber has surpassed my expectations. The first thing that caught my attention was its solid construction. The machine comes with 4 sturdy metal guide rails that provide exceptional stability and support during my workouts. I feel completely safe and secure while climbing, allowing me to focus solely on my cardio and strength training. The folding feature is another big win for me. I have limited space at home, and this climber's ability to fold down when not in use is a real space-saver. It conveniently tucks away in a corner, making it perfect for small apartments or rooms with limited workout space. The cardio workout I get from this machine is intense and effective. Climbing engages multiple muscle groups simultaneously, giving me a full-body workout that leaves me feeling energized and accomplished. I can adjust the resistance level to challenge myself or take it easy on days when I need a lighter workout. The LCD monitor is a great addition, providing me with real-time data on my workout progress, such as time, distance, calories burned, and more. It helps me stay motivated and track my fitness goals. The ergonomic design of the handles and pedals ensures a comfortable and smooth climbing motion. I appreciate the foam grips on the handles, as they prevent discomfort and blisters during longer workout sessions. Setting up the machine was surprisingly easy, and the instructions were clear and straightforward. It took minimal effort to get it up and running. One thing worth mentioning is that this vertical climber is a fantastic low-impact option for those with joint issues or anyone seeking a low-impact alternative to traditional cardio exercises. Overall, I highly recommend the climber to anyone looking to elevate their home gym game. It's a durable, space-saving, and efficient cardio workout machine that delivers impressive results. Whether you're a fitness enthusiast or a beginner, this climber will undoubtedly help you reach your fitness goals in no time!

Fun cardio; easy to use and put together; folds
This is definitely a fun and easy way to get a quick workout in. I like that I feel like I’m playing on a playground or rock climbing while getting some cardio in—and I HATE cardio! It’s convenient to do while watching tv or during commercials if you find it too distracting. You’ll definitely feel the burn at the beginning, so you’ll know you are also building muscle while doing your cardio. This is excellent for getting in short bursts of cardio in and it’s convenient to hop on if you only have 5-10 minutes to exercise here or there. It was pretty easy to put together-I did it by myself (I’m about 5’1, 120lbs) and if I recall correctly it took less than 30min. Hardest part was getting the pieces out of the box. Once it’s built it feels very sturdy. It does fold so you can tuck it away in a closet or under the bed (the top is very narrow and I would say the base is about 1 foot, but I would look at the measurements more thoroughly for your own space requirements. No electricity is required, it’s powered by your own body movement. Do note that it can sound a bit loud and clunky. It’s not awful, but I wouldn’t plan on using it while someone is napping.

Works upper, core, and lower muscles!
After I placed my order for the Relife Sports vertical climber, it arrived in less than a week. All parts were included with none of them damaged. Easy assembly, although instructions #2 & #3 were a little confusing relating them with the associated photos. I was able to complete the assembly within 15 minutes or a little less. Working out was straight forward and a real good workout. My lower body, core, and upper body really felt the affects. This machine is very sturdy, well built, with no problems so far. Not bad for the price. I recommend this fitness machine to all that wish to get fit and have little time to go to the gym or perform long workouts.

I think I was sent a returned product.
This machine has a small footprint making it a good indoor home use product, however I had to return the one the company sent me. Quality control is obviously lacking and I think I may have got a damaged return product. The stopper bar for the right foot pedal was only half welded on and was bent a good 3/4 inch down. I'm a small woman (5'5" and 122 lbs) so I continued with install thinking I'm probably not big enough to bend it further. Then I noticed there is a magnet on a screw on the right side pole that should interact with the display counter, but the magnet was crumbled in half and useless. Okay, not a deal breaker since I don't really think the cheap display would count proper anyway. The whole machine I received was slightly bent to the right side (facing the display) making the entire thing not squared up. Trying to insert the bottom feet took half of my patience and lots of pounding with a rubber mallet. The folding mechanism was bent slightly sideways as well, and one concern is it does not have a safety locking mechanism. When I was installing the feet the thing folded up on me and fell. It landed on my bed since my goal was to put this in the bedroom, but had anything else or a person been on the other side it would have caused some damage. I would be concerned around small children with this issue. Both right handles took the final half of my patience trying to install. One tube insert plastic cap was warped and cracked, and the other tube was slightly bent. It took my trusty rubber mallet and some grease to get them inserted. Normally, a person probably wouldn't have gone that far with install, but I'm handy and was curious if the climber worked well. Because the whole machine was slightly bent to the right it really rubbed plastic against metal when trying to use it. I had greased it up before giving it a whirl for 5 minutes, so it wasn't a lack of lubrication. I immediately took it apart so I wouldn't forget how I had unpacked it, boxed it back up good as new and returned it. Overall, if it had lined up well and didn't have broken parts I think it would be a good little machine. It gave my legs a good workout in the few short minutes I had it put together. I'm guessing I got a damaged return, or maybe just a bad product off the assembly line.

I really like this climber
I really like this climber! Not only was it priced great, but it works great, too! I needed something that would take up a small amount of space in my office, but also allow me to get a workout during my lunch hour. This really fit the bill. When not in use, it's folded up in a corner of my office. At lunch, I unfold it and move it into a small open area of my office. I hop on for 15 minutes and get an all over workout. I can feel the muscles in my arms, legs and torso getting used and my heart rate going up. It's made a huge difference in my endurance. When I first started using it, I could only go about 30 seconds before taking a break. I slowly built up to 5 minutes, 10 minutes, then 15. I also do short bursts of fast activity to push the workout. I like the counter, but it isn't necessary for me. The climber was easy to set up, I did it by myself in less than 1/2 an hour. Definitely a purchase I am happy to have made!

Shipped used and defective unit
Product came used, the main unit is bent so the bolts can't attach it to the support foot piece. The packaging is also messed up, with the Styrofoam entirely destroyed so I have no idea how I could even return this.

Good quality, performs well.
I'm satisfied with this vertical climber. The packaging was excellent and it was easy to assemble. It comes with a little wrench which is the only tool you need. Make sure to remove the plastic blocks in the frame where the feet attach. I found it easier to attach the feet with the frame upside-down. Also make sure to use the included grease to lube the vertical slider tubes. I also used some silicone spray to lubricate the pulley wheel and the two pairs of wheels that guide the handles. All this resulted in pretty smooth action. The handle guide wheels and the pulley are plastic and look like the first parts that will wear out, but at this price point this isn't unexpected. I emailed the company to request a free warranty extension to 2 years. The exercise motion feels a bit unnatural at first because it uses muscles that I don't use often. But that's what I got the unit for. I recommend experimenting with slightly different postures and handholds, and even switching between the stationary handles and the moving ones during a session. Positioning your feet a little back with you weight on the front part of your foot will give your calves a workout, while a more forward position works your upper legs more. Also experiment with different stroke lengths during your workout. Long strokes will work your large leg muscles harder. The unit includes a digital counter that shows lifetime total steps, session steps, session time, and session calories. It even comes with a spare battery. When you're done exercising, the unit folds up very thin and stands stable on its own, so it takes up very little space when not in use. This is not a commercial gym quality piece of equipment, but perfectly suitable for a home gym.

Excelente escalador !!
