    Close to ployes New Brunswick.

Easy ploye, but does not duplicate New Brunswick's ploye...does the cast iron skillet really make the difference?

Simple and easy to make. Kind of between a traditional pancake and a crepe.

This is a fantastic item. With fruit, maple and whipped cream, or just a little butter with creton, or to dip in soup. This is a great Acadian dish.
