Stays put and very comfortable. Don’t believe the bad reviews written by idiots who inflate them with air then expect four little suckers to hold it under water. You inflate them with water. I used a tap which all the taps in my house fit the inflation cap perfectly. As an afterthought I should have used the hot tub. Our hot tub can switch the air off on one of the seats and pump just water. Place the cushion underwater expelling as much air from inside it as possible. Try pinching the cap to let air out then place over a jet. Let out any air again as it nears being full. Fill it till it holds its shape. Position in the hot tub where required. Honestly it can be difficult to get back off the seat on an acrylic hot tub. Can’t comment on an inflatable one. I found it’s possible to press the centre of the sucker down hard to remove it and the edges peel up slightly.
