no, there isn't any template files however they are pretty easy designs to create. The temperature to use is pretty standard as well...

Can these be used with Cricut infusable ink markers?

I’m not completely sure but you should be able to print and color on laser paper. I don’t think it would look good if you just colored on the blank, not sure that would work
