Taste good and works to fight plaque

My Dentist recommended Listerine Total Care Anticavity Fluoride Mouthwash to me. I had been using different mouthwashes that I didn’t realize had no fluoride it them. You can have the benefit of freshening your breath & giving your teeth some love at the same time with this mouthwash :) It has 6 in 1 benefits which are 1.) helps prevent cavities 2.) restores enamel 3.) strengthens teeth 4.) kills bad breath germs 5.) cleans the whole mouth 6.) freshens teeth. True total care! The fresh mint flavor is very nice & fresh. There’s markings on the cap to how much you should pour in. The directions are to swish in your mouth for 1 minute. It is a bit strong so I struggle with the 1 minute piece but I focus on the fact that it’s doing it’s job! It’s best not to eat or drink anything for at least 30 minutes after using. I use after every brush or mid day for a refresher. Using this gives me piece of mind I’m providing my mouth with excellent care. Two 1 liter bottles at $12.47 at the subscribe & save price is unbeatable. I definitely recommend!

✅ Love that the mouth wash came in quick ( less than 48 hrs) ✅ I have been using this mouth wash for years ( recommended to me by my dentist) and my teeth are actually healthy because of it. My dentist told me that the purple mouthwash is the same as what they use. ✅I use 1/4 cup 2x a day for 30sec and believe me, it doesn’t taste like anything lol. But the alcohol does burn. Ut to me that’s a great feeling because I fill like it’s getting rid of what my toothbrush missed lol ✅ I do like the size of the bottles because but them 2 at a time and they last me for 3-4 months before buying a new one so it’s definitely worth the value for price. Especially in this economy ✅I do like how it stays fresh and don’t go flat after opening it up. It does keep consistency especially when you first drink it but after that the alcohol kicks in lol

This is my go to mouth wash. It never disappoints. My mouth always feels fresh and clean after using it.

What ever you do, don't use a full cap of this as it will make your head spin. Using about a quarter of the cap is enough just right. takes a bit to get used to the taste but once you do it's very refreshing. Other fluoride brands are not my favorite, but people's taste and preferences vary. Large bottle last me several months. A prices are reasonable, at least that's what I think.

This Listerine Total Care mouthwash is great. It leaves my mouth feeling incredibly clean, fresh, and ready to speak to people at close range without fear. The intense mint is definitely intense, but in that “my mouth has been power-washed by a tiny arctic tornado” kind of way. I like that it helps with bad breath, has fluoride for cavity protection, and comes in a 2-pack so I don’t have to immediately reorder after a week. Overall, it’s strong, effective, and makes me feel like I’ve made at least one responsible adult decision for the day. Definitely recommend.

My favorite mouthwash. It feels as if it really works and the flavor is not overpowering, which is the case with some other mouthwashes.
