Very rarely do I leave reviews but I’ve been taking this for a week now and I have to say it has not disappointed. I was skeptical, but did my research on the product, the company, etc. and decided to give it a try after reading about the many benefits of raw phytoplankton. After a few days I could tell a difference in my energy levels. It wasn’t like jumping off the walls but I didn’t feel as tired. I normally have a few days “on” with my energy and then a few days fatigued so I continued on the rest of the week taking only the phytoplankton and nothing else. I have to say as of yet the fatigue hasn’t hit which is not my norm and can only contribute it to this product. Matter of fact my energy and focus seem to be continuously improving by the day. I just feel better period and the mental fog I experience daily has started to lift. I’ve been taking at least 6 drops a day. I’d say prob every other day 12 drops. The taste is not appealing but it’s not horrid. I either mix it in juice or just drop the drops right on my tongue swallow and then chase it with something to get the taste out my mouth.

Takes a bit of getting used to marine seaweed smell. I don’t like marine/seaweed smell! But this is an awesome product for health. Nourishing.

I always feel more energetic, happier and some aches & pains go away when, taking Recharge, by Ocean's Alive. I usually take 4 dropperfuls a day, a lot more than is recommended on the label, but it's a food, not a chemical, so my body loves the larger dose. It does have detox properties, so if you start with a higher dose, you may be running to the bathroom often. Start with a lower dose and work your way up. I gave it to my son who was a genius, but had ADHD, was very reactive, impatient, hot-tempered, and addicted to alcohol. My son was in his early 20s and lived with me, so I was able to observe the effects. After starting on a low dose and working his way up to 4 dropperfuls a day, after about 2 weeks, I noticed that he was so much calmer. He had more patience with the people in his life, he switched from short-term (reactive) to thinking about the long run. Without effort or intention on his part, he started drinking less. My guess is that he was self-medicating with alcohol and when he started getting the nutrients he needed to build a sufficient number of neurotransmitters, he naturally started feeling better and lessened the need he had to self-medicate, but was able to drink "socially." In other words, he went from drinking a 12 pack a day to 2 or 3 beers a day. The base of this product is Marine Phytoplankton. I have tried other products containing Marine Phytoplankton, but they did not have the same effect. I would only recommend Recharge by Ocean's Alive.

So far so good! The first day I took it I had extraordinary focus and energy. I struggle tremendously with motivation and the ability to focus. I have tried many supplements but nothing has done what 12 little drops of Oceans Alive did on the first day I took it. I'm very pleased! I am hoping that this product keeps working for me. I gave it 4 stars only because I don't like the flavor, at all! I am not a seafood person so the taste doesn't appeal to me but I didn't buy to please by taste buds. I will write an update review after 90 days.

This is vile, I have never tasted anything so disgusting in my entire life ( 82 years), I thought I would throw up after taking one dropper, which wasn’t the entire dose.i had previously tried another brand but unfortunately that one is no longer available.

Did not last 30 days at 15 drops a day. It lasted 16 days. Should be reported to Better Business Bureau for misleading information.

I originally purchased this for my dog, who had cancer. I didn't read what it did or didn't do, I purchased it based upon advice on a dog website. After Quinn passed, I had two bottle left, so not wanting to throw it out, I started taking it. WOW, this stuff is amazing. This is what I noticed. I started taking this in the middle of November. Usually through the winter, I get extremely lazy and not wanting to do anything. Prior to taking this I was starting to come home from work and taking a nap. One day I noticed, I didn't have the need to take a nap. I had energy. I wasn't suffering from being lazy and not wanting to do anything. Where normally this time of year I would be binging on Netflix, I was putting around 6-8 hours of work on the house. I also noticed I wasn't taking benadryl anymore. My allergies were going away (normally bad in the winter due to house being closed up) The best part, I have a deeper sleep and am waking up ready to start the day instead of dragging like I was before. Since this was the only lifestyle change I made was this, it has to be this product.

I feel more alert, not a fan of the tease but the benefits are great.
