Unlike apple cider gummies which i tried, this one helps food cravings quite a bit, and im now comfortably eating more vegetables and people around me says i lost weight.Im also going for dieting on long term dieting for around 6 months to look noticebly thinner, because short term dieting only bounces back and you gain weight back again.Right now by using this im on 2nd month and unlike before i like eating vegetables now and look a bit thinner and feel better.

I did lose weight, especially in my belly, in the month I took this product, however I had increasingly worse hot flashes. I’m 52 and post menopausal and already have hot flashes. This seemed to to push the hot flashes into overdrive!!! Sweating, flushing hot flashes. I had to discontinue use.

I was shocked to read a white paper laying out evidence that this works. But it does. No discernible side effects, amps up your metabolism, and worth every $0.01.

This is a good one. But I think the 400mg per pill is to strong and some days I feel dizzy or headache. I was taking the pill right after my breakfast and after theses symptoms I tried during my lunch time, I think worked better for me.
