We give these to our kids on the daily and they really like the taste. It seems to help a lot with our picky eaters who aren’t getting enough fiber throughout the day.

My 2 year old loves the flavor and it is easy to chew. It easily chews and breaks a part and isn’t chewing or hard to chew which is what I was worried for my 2 year old. And good flavor! My daughter looks forward to it every morning

Not working for my 5 year old but it does work for my 2 year old I give her half both of them likes eating it tho

I gave my son this vitamin shortly after we potty trained. I noticed he wasn’t going number two as often. I was afraid he was holding it. His bowel movements became very irregular. So we got this gummy and now he’ll go every day. He also LOVES taking the gummy he asks for every night. They are kind of big so I cut his and half so he takes one at a time. This product and brand in general are good. You can’t go wrong here.

My kids don’t mind the flavor but I bought these primarily for my 2 year old and they are huge. They’re also very chewy and definitely a choking risk so that makes them a no for us. Pic for comparison to our other vitamins and a grape cut in half.

This has been great for my 4 year old to help increase fiber intake. He’s such a picky eater but the gummy is a treat that he enjoys taking
