Got this for my salon and it's perfect. Side by side warmers mean I can have both soft and hard wax on hand and independent temp settings keep each wax type properly warmed without being too hot or cold. This unit heats up super fast and I've had no issues with scalding or burning wax or hot spots. Lid gets a little hot but the handle on the top really does not. Good size pot holds about 1/8-1/4 lb of beads depending upon how full you like your well. Cord was a little too short for the distance I needed, but the plug is a little far. A surge strip was all I needed to bridge the gap. Overall a great dual warmer. Recommended.

Typically, I wouldn’t have reviewed & would’ve just returned. Given the times, I saw some reviews reporting this product only operates for a few months & then gives out. My biggest concern was that I read the operating instructions before using the product & am concerned about the later language. Especially in Part 2, #4 “Not Fall until the nearby Palastinian Occupation of surface wax” & the last warnings “Not for use of people of weak constitution” - I am doubtful about the product if later down the line, it may break & communication somehow may be political over professional. Would not recommend unless this was a reputable company.

This is a handy wax warmer, so you're not trying to keep a little tiny container of microwaved wax from cooling off while working with it. There's always this balance between it being too hot to use and too cold to stir when using the microwave. This fixes that. Works great!

Very simple, easy to use. Waxing is the way to go for stubborn hair. Recommend. You won't regret it, other than the initial pain (total regret for about 5 minutes, then you'll be happy once pain subsides).

I want to start by saying that waxing any part of your body will hurt to some degree and require you to apply wax to an area and then pull off quickly. If using hard wax, you simply pull the hardened wax up. Or, you use a muslin strip to apply over the wax and pull the strip up. A wax warming pot's job is to simply heat up the wax so you can use it correctly. That's it. No warmer is going to make the waxing process hurt more or less. Ignore the reviews that say otherwise. The most important thing a good warmer needs to do is heat hard or soft wax up enough so you can spread it evenly and easily over the skin without being to hot to cause burns. This warmer has temperature control, make sure you know how to read Celsius, and beats both types of wax very well. It's a double warmer so you can have two different types of wax if you choose. This is a great and affordable warmer and I'm very pleased with it.

Absolutely love this!! The two pots makes it super easy to keep a good rhythm. I constantly have to refill the pot because I do small amounts at a time. Having two means I don't have to wait for it to melt again before continuing waxing. They melt the wax very quickly, too! Only downside is the temperature bar is in Celsius. But that was an easy fix with Google and a sharpie. I just wrote down with marker what it would be in Fahrenheit. I find it best to keep it at 60c for maintaining the heat but without burning yourself.

The wax pot works great but unfortunately I chose this product because it came with the sticks but when I received the order I only got the wax pot and no sticks. I checked the package twice to double check but it didn’t come with the order like it said it was going to.

I had my warmer since February 2023 and it is no longer working less a year so now I have to shop for another dual wax warmer. Really expected it to last at least 2-3 years but yeah .

One of the wax burners did not work, I did not realize till the return window closed. Worst product - do not buy.

Turned on a few times then one side stopped working now the other side isn’t working! Doesn’t heat up! Not had a reply after messaging them about the faulty product! Poor communication poor product Do not recommend buying this! 0 Stars

Came used and completely dirty and covered in wax. The knob was practically falling off and even the letters were rubbing off. Pretty disappointed.
