I’ve tried a lot of different fiber supplements over the years, and most of them are a chore to get down. These are completely different. The Apple Crisp flavor is genuinely good and tastes like a crunchy cinnamon graham cracker. I actually look forward to eating them with a glass of water, and they do a great job of holding me over between meals if I get hungry. Most importantly, they do exactly what they're supposed to do. Taking these every day has kept me completely regular and my digestion has been great. The individual packs make them super easy to grab on the way out the door. If you want an easy way to get more fiber without drinking chalky powders, just buy these.

The price is ridiculous for what it is. Not a bad taste. Good on the go. Helps with digestion. A little all natural peanut butter tastes good on them.

These work great, but here's my advice. Soak these suckers in milk (or a similar beverage that you like) for awhile to soften them up, and make them really chewy. Much easier to eat this way, and then they don't get all stuck in your teeth and gums afterwards. And I think it might make them work a bit better too. And of course finish them off with plenty of fluids!

Taste good and worth the expense. The only problem I have is that the cookies stick in my teeth!

Convenient and delicious! I’ve ordered the fiber wafers many times over the past two years, and have come to reply in them as the easiest way to boost my fiber intake. Since I’m frequently away from home, it’s so easy to just put one of these packets in my pocket and eat it as a quick snack whenever I’m hungry. They are only 100 calories, or so, and they taste great. My favorite part about them is the pleasant crunchiness. Very satisfying! Be careful when you order them, to make sure you pick the flavor you what. I’ve come to love both the cinnamon and the apple flavor, but the apple flavor tends to hit more as a spring/summer taste and the cinnamon more as a fall/winter taste.

Hubby and I have one every day with our coffee. Tasty way to get your fiber.
