Effective
Thin but effective. I’ve had mine for over a month and it does not move. Just peel and stick - easy install. And looks good. Easy to wipe clean. Great for the price.

WELL WORTH THE MONEY
Well. I have a shower head over the bath so I can wash my hair, it's on the wall by the bath taps and the original holder broke. Bought due to the reviews on here and boy, I was not disappointed. I bought 4 in all, thinking that being self adhesive they would fall off after a while but no - 4 months of use and they are still as strong as the day they were stuck on. Although I only needed one, I used another to position the shower over the end of the bath out of the way. Now I don't have to move the pipe out of the way when I get in the bath and have spares just in case! Win win for me.

Awesome!!!
This has been perfect for my son’s bathroom since the shower head holder is like 6.5’ high. This was able to bring it down to his height. It didn’t stay put on its own, I had to use some 3M double sided tape to keep it place, but that was fine by me. It has stayed put for 3 years and is still going.
