Review: No complaints - I got this for a friend who wanted to update their guest room. They had a similar style one in a different color but wanted a different color choice or the adjacent room. The setup is simple, at least as simple as it gets when installing a fan, and the smaller size made carrying the finished base to connect to the ceiling mount a breeze. There were no tricky wiring situations or faults as of yet. These smaller fans are not only cute, but produce an impressive amount of cooling air flow for its size. Also, their house being mostly Alexa-powered, controlling of this fan is even easier than having to rely on the remote control all the time.
Review: Really, really nice product - I knew that sometime this summer it will get warm and my home office will become uncomfortable as it has the last 12 years. I purchased this celing fan while it was 35 degrees. I didnt install as it was not that important. Then we hit 70 which made my office stuffy. (avg is < 50) I installed it on the spot in 15 minutes. Installation was easy. Intructions were very clear after i studied them for a bit. This product is well designed and solid. No shaking, clicking and more quiet than i expected. Even at the highest speed. Nightlight button is brilliant to help reduce eye strain durring working hours. I cant say too much about the quality of this product. Remote is average materials but works brilliently. The fan itself appears to be made very well. Thank you Ohniyou for summer heat relief.

A: 1. Check if the fan blades are installed upside down. The side marked "this side up" should be facing toward the base of the fan, not toward the light fixture. 2. Press the "F" on the remote control or in the app to switch to the downdraft mode.

A: The remote was inside the fan, you will find it when you remove the hanging plate from the fan.

I absolutely love this fan! It is the PERFECT size for one of our smaller bedrooms. Although the fan is cute and compact, it gives a mighty punch. I could hardly believe its ability to cool the entire room! The dimmable light, fan speed control, and timer via remote was next level. I am both thoroughly satisfied and impressed with this awesome fan! UPDATE: The light is operable, however, the fan hasn't work in a long while! So ANNOYING!
