I can't speak to how it tasted, but the dogs licked it up happily. I certainly recommend it for that purpose. Regarding some of the reviews about it being hard-packed, that's just because it was vacuum-sealed. Once the inner pouch is opened, it's pretty easy to break up and get a spoonful when we need it; not a problem at all.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good product but don’t order the larger size

Really helps my dogs and they love the taste. However when I order the large size bag they are so hard as to be impossible to break up. Smaller size is fine though. No idea why this is but have found it to be true across multiple orders.
