Absolutely perfect for supporting a bedridden person. So comfortable. Pillow case not easy to get on, but it is a snug fit, so thats a small price to pay

Great comfy pillow with lots of support The pillowcase stiching had come undone abit so I have had to sew it. Brilliant free returns but havnt the energy to send back just for that. Overall good item
