What does the directions say for mixing with a 2 gallon sprayer ?

For the lawn it’s 0.75 to 1.5 fluid ounces per gallon of water. I use the full 1.75 fl oz per gallon and if works great.

Why this product can not be delivered to my address and even nearby Amazon hub?

No rhyme or reason, this one shipped to my house no problem, the indoor one, which BTW lists the same ingredients with the same percentages, will not, had to get it at Lowes. I called in twice, they could not figure it out either, had me reenter my address, use other addresses which I have shipped gifts to, and nope, would not change the error.
