Ortho Home Defense Insect Killer for Lawn & Landscape Concentrate

Used it as it instructed for ants,spiders and insects. It works great we had a lot of spring rain so I am going to spray again .

only thing I found that killed & deterred ground hornets! Back in Oregon, had run into 5-6 nests replacing a fence.... angry lil critters they are...tried relocating in my boxwood hedge out front, sprayed 'em, never returned

Great for Ants

You cannot go wrong with any ortho product. Let me tell you I lived in Florida and the fire ants, and anything else that you can think that has wings or that can fly in your eyes or ears is here. So make sure that you get at least 1 to 2 extra bags, because no matter what you will use this. I use a strainer. That I used for pasta and then I tap a plastic cup along on the side, and uh, bend over and walk along my entire property. I may look like an idiot, but I'm the only one that lives here in Florida, that can lay in their yard and with their dog. Not be 8 up or have to lather myself in off, so do yourself a favor make sure you get it down in the beginning of spring and then the beginning of summer, it will not hurt. Any of your plants were your dirt or anything. My grass even grows better due to all of the bugs eating all of the nutrients out of it. So as hard as it is to grow grass in florida, this will allow you two.Have it thick and very nice. Also makes it amazing that you can weed eat with your hands without having to spray yourself down because if it has not rained, this stuff stays active day after day after day. So yeah, there's no way that this in any way, is a waste of money

It’s alright, but I’d recommend spending a little more and getting something better

Used it once around the foundation of my house and in my landscaped areas. No more ants. Just remember that you need a certain type of applicator to use this product. Luckily, I had an applicator.

The big box home improvement stores, Home Depot & Lowe’s, only like to sell this product in pre-mixed ready to use one gallon containers. The cost is equal to the concentrate which makes 3 gallons. Mix it yourself, get a cheap pump sprayer and you’ll be way ahead. The product itself is good, it works and lasts.
