The fountain’s filtration system works wonders! It includes a replaceable carbon filter that keeps the water fresh by removing odours and impurities. The water flow is quiet, unlike some other models that can be loud or distracting. My cat, who is a bit skittish around new things, was initially cautious, but the soft, gentle stream of water quickly caught her attention. She now drinks more frequently, which is a huge plus for her health! Setting up the fountain was straightforward – simply assemble the parts, fill it with water, and plug it in. The water reservoir is large enough that I only need to refill it once every couple of days, depending on usage. Cleaning is also a breeze, as the components are easy to disassemble and wash.

Fantastic, only way my spoilt chi chi hoo ha will drink water! Easy to assemble, really good quality. I would say my only qualm would be that I wish the adapter was longer. But I guess I could buy a longer one if needed.

I was looking at getting one of these cat fountains for a while but what finally pushed me was that my cat has developed bladder crystals and needs as much encouragement to drink water as possible! The unit itself was super easy to set up and although other people have had issues with leaks mine hasn’t shown any defects thus far. The pump is also super quiet and pleasantly trickles like an indoor water feature and sounds like a gentle stream rather than an annoying running tap that makes you want to run to the bathroom every 5 minutes! I know some people have said the pumps were either weak or stop working altogether after a few weeks but the unit comes with a sticker on it saying to contact them directly for a free pump if this happens so I wouldn’t let the odd manufacturing defect put you off. My cat is spooked by EVERYTHING especially anything new in the house so I expected it to be a couple of weeks before she even approached it willingly but to my surprise (and after lots of positive reinforcement with placing treats around the unit and playing next to it) she stopped avoiding it and by the 3rd day I caught her drinking from it! She drank for far longer than she does her water bowls and the different streams makes it interesting for her as she kept moving round the flower fountain to drink from different ones. I also like the light as it creates further interest for her in the dark and looks cool too! The filters are cheap and simple to replace and it’s nice that I can just leave it running and not worry about cleaning it every day (unlike water bowls that also inevitably cause another job when you slosh water everywhere!). The pump itself is only 1.5 watts so costs virtually nothing to run and you can either use a USB plug or the plug adapter that comes with it (worth noting as I was disappointed when I saw it was a USB plug on the box and hunted everywhere for an adapter but needn’t have bothered as it comes with one!) Overall I highly recommend this specific fountain as it’s cheap, cheerful, functional, easy to clean/maintain and just as effective as the expensive ones. Big thumbs up from me and a big paws up from my happy and hydrated baby girl.

Water fountain item is an amazing item. However I ordered the cyan like my sister has and received dark blue though so rating lost 1 star based on the colour 😒 My sister has hers for her cats and I've got this one for minature poodle as she likes to drink from my sister's one when we're around there. Keeps the water nice and fresh which is brilliant for boujee poodle!

This is the 2nd one i purchased my cats use it frequently it makes a slight trickling noise when it's half full but is basically silent when it's filled up the light is just bright enough for my cats. I bought a 2nd one as one of my females doesn't drink enough water so have placed them in 2 separate places so they have constant fresh running water and it seems to be encouraging her to drink 😊 the filters are really good and are easily changeable. It's not to heavy even when filled with water.

I bought this fountain specifically because it was advertised as ultra silent. Unfortunately, that claim is completely inaccurate. The pump is very loud and produces a constant running-water noise that can be heard across the room. It’s not a subtle hum, it’s distracting enough that I couldn’t tolerate it in a quiet flat. The fountain itself looks fine and the 2L capacity is decent, but none of that matters when the main selling point (silence) is simply not true. I bought it for my cat, not to add background noise to my home. What’s most frustrating is the waste involved: packaging, delivery, and now inevitably having to return it because the product doesn’t match its description. If noise doesn’t bother you, this might be usable, but if you’re specifically looking for a quiet fountain, I’d strongly recommend avoiding this one

This is ideal my indoor. Cat loves it drinks and plays with it ,easy to clean the only thing is that you have to purchase the water filters but not that expensive and you don’t have to keep worrying if the cats got clean water
