Seemed to start to work but fake sugar
I don't know why the manufacturer has to put Stevia in this product. I get it's on me for not reading the ingredients more closely before I bought it, but with most products once you see any kind of regular corn or cane sugar, thats the only things its sweetened with. But I'm just so disappointed because this also has Stevia and I'm (mildly) allergic to fake sugars. When it already has cane sugar and that should be plenty, why add stevia? Especially when it did seem to start to work, but then I had to stop because the Stevia started to cause a reaction. It's sad because other than the fake sugar aftertaste, it was a pretty delicious product. Everywhere I look, there are fake sugars in this and similar products just like these and I don't get why. So frustrating. If they would make it without the fake sugars, I would buy a bunch. They make Chai mixes for people not breastfeeding without fake sugar, so why can't they do it for breastfeeding moms too?

Super yummy and effective 🙂
I love this drink mix! My son was born via scheduled C-section in October and was given a pacifier in the NICU before he was brought to me, which made establishing a good latch more difficult. Because of the surgery, combined with my lil guy being a sleepy eater, it was even harder to establish a good milk supply. I tried a bunch of stuff, honestly... lactation cookies, fenugreek capsules and other lactation supplements. I really noticed a difference in my milk supply after using this drink mix when I pumped. It says to take up to 2x per day but I took it every 8 hours. I suggest to buy in bulk if possible. I ordered 3 for my second order because I loved it so much. Would recommend to any mommy who's breastfeeding and needs a lil help upping her supply.

Tastes good and works
Between this and the berry drink packets, I've been able to stop taking the fenugreek supplements I was taking before (the giant capsule pills). I swear by this brand and it's effectiveness. From one scoop per day, I've been able to get a full 5+ extra ounces of milk pumped. With the berry drink mix too, it's around 8+ extra. Every person is different, but for me they really do make a huge difference. The chai flavor is mellow and very well curated. It's kind of like a light tasting version of Celestial Seasonings Chai Tea. I add it to my coffee in the morning, either cold brew or espresso, and it adds a nice flavor and keeps the flavor interesting. Also tastes good even if adding some kind of creamer. It dissolves great in both hot and cold water, so you can drink it iced or hot. Even tastes good mixed into oatmeal. Or in a cup of tea. One scoop (of the provided one) provides a good amount of flavor even in a large thermos of coffee. And it acts like a creamer, because it is rich and creamy. I've been drinking one scoop per day for over a week and still have three quarters of the container left, so you get your money's worth. I also use the berry packets during the day as a drink with my lunch. At one scoop per day, a container should last about a month. My daughter suggested making it into a homemade pudding, custard, or ice cream, and she may be onto something with that :)

Amazing flavor and results
I was struggling with my milk supply when I started working out and it seemed like I needed to give up running. My supply was pretty low where my baby had to eat from both sides for like 20 mins to get full. I didn’t see a lot of change the first couple days of drinking it day and night but then I woke up on the third day and milk was everywhere lol. I drank it only one time that day and for the following week or so. It has dramatically changed my supply. He now only eats from one side for 15 mins and I feel multiple let downs. It tastes amazing. Exactly like traditional creamy chi tea. I have replaced my lunchtime shakes with meal replacement shakes with ice, a scoop of this, and vanilla almond milk and it keeps me full until dinner. Also has kept my milk supply up steadily. I’ve been drinking it just once a day but when I haven’t had the chance to eat or drink as much that day, I’ll put a scoop in some warm almond milk before bed. I will definitely be continuing to buy this when I run out.

Love This Product
I live this product, I started weening my 6 month old from night feedings but was still pumping at least one session at night to make sure she had enough milk for school! I recently stopped pumping at night but was worried with only pumping during the day that my milk might start to dry up (which is unacceptable since I was to breastfeed at least till she’s a year old-so 4 more months)! I take this and have not noticed a drop in milk production, I noticed when I pump in the morning my boobs still produced the same amount of milk they would have if I had pumped at night. (Example: I’d pump 6 oz at night and then 6 oz in the morning, now without the night pump I’m pumping 12oz in the morning)! It also helps during your period, I initially started using this because my first period after giving birth I literally dried up. I was so scared, I had to give my baby formula for a couple days. Then I found this and I have not had an issue since, I mix it in with my coffee in the morning and if I use it twice I’ll usually use the chocolate one in some with dinner (the chocolate is good too)!

Increases Milk Supply & Tastes Good
My daughter was born prematurely and had difficulty gaining weight the first couple weeks, so her pediatrician recommended I begin taking something with fenugreek. I decided to try UpSpring’s Chai flavor as it was available at a local store. Price is lower through Amazon plus the additional convenience of delivery.I liked the flavor and the ability to add it to cold or hot milk. I prefer using the cup attachment to my blender to mix well. If you let it sit for too long, you will notice some of the mix separating back to the top.I notice an increase in my milk supply for the next few feedings. As the pediatrician said, these products help as long as you continue to take them. The package says you can take up to 3 scoops per day. I just use 1 per day before work. It helps my pumping supply, but also tastes good. I also change it up between chai, chocolate (w/ milk), and the berry (w/ orange juice).
