Amazing flavor and results
I was struggling with my milk supply when I started working out and it seemed like I needed to give up running. My supply was pretty low where my baby had to eat from both sides for like 20 mins to get full. I didn’t see a lot of change the first couple days of drinking it day and night but then I woke up on the third day and milk was everywhere lol. I drank it only one time that day and for the following week or so. It has dramatically changed my supply. He now only eats from one side for 15 mins and I feel multiple let downs. It tastes amazing. Exactly like traditional creamy chi tea. I have replaced my lunchtime shakes with meal replacement shakes with ice, a scoop of this, and vanilla almond milk and it keeps me full until dinner. Also has kept my milk supply up steadily. I’ve been drinking it just once a day but when I haven’t had the chance to eat or drink as much that day, I’ll put a scoop in some warm almond milk before bed. I will definitely be continuing to buy this when I run out.

Tastes good and works
Between this and the berry drink packets, I've been able to stop taking the fenugreek supplements I was taking before (the giant capsule pills). I swear by this brand and it's effectiveness. From one scoop per day, I've been able to get a full 5+ extra ounces of milk pumped. With the berry drink mix too, it's around 8+ extra. Every person is different, but for me they really do make a huge difference. The chai flavor is mellow and very well curated. It's kind of like a light tasting version of Celestial Seasonings Chai Tea. I add it to my coffee in the morning, either cold brew or espresso, and it adds a nice flavor and keeps the flavor interesting. Also tastes good even if adding some kind of creamer. It dissolves great in both hot and cold water, so you can drink it iced or hot. Even tastes good mixed into oatmeal. Or in a cup of tea. One scoop (of the provided one) provides a good amount of flavor even in a large thermos of coffee. And it acts like a creamer, because it is rich and creamy. I've been drinking one scoop per day for over a week and still have three quarters of the container left, so you get your money's worth. I also use the berry packets during the day as a drink with my lunch. At one scoop per day, a container should last about a month. My daughter suggested making it into a homemade pudding, custard, or ice cream, and she may be onto something with that :)

Slight increase in supply, but flavor isn't as great as other UpSpring drinks,
I've been using UpSpring Milkflow drinks for a couple of months now - I have seen a slight increase in my milk supply. I've never had an abundance of milk; however I'd say after using the UpSpring drinks I get about 5-10mls more than I would without. That may not be worth the money for some, but if you're struggling with a milk supply like me any amount of added mls is great. Regarding this particular chai drink, I actually prefer the chocolate and the berry drinks over it. Though the chocolate drink says to mix with milk, I actually have been using hot water to avoid extra calories and it tastes great! Unfortunately, it's not the same with the chai drink, and you really do have to mix it with milk for it to taste good. So, instead of making a drink with this mix, I just add a scoop of the chai flavored drink into my oatmeal in the morning. This makes my oatmeal taste great, so I'm fine with using this more as added flavor than a drink.

It’s worth a try at least
This is my second purchase of this product it has worked for me to maintain my supply and maybe help with a couple ounces here and there. I haven’t had a huge increase in supply, and I think that’s key when deciding to buy products like this it has helped me in maintaining supply especially if I fall asleep and miss a pump here and there. I have tried the chocolate one and found that it was hard to mix completely if just mixing it in a glass of milk which I do. It also had a very artificial taste. This one mixes a lot better less chunks floating around (not sure why it just does) and really does taste like chai tea I also will add it to my coffee I tried it in a cup of hot water with tea to try to make a mock chai tea and it was not good. I found it worked best mixed in warm milk or cold milk.

Super yummy and effective 🙂
I love this drink mix! My son was born via scheduled C-section in October and was given a pacifier in the NICU before he was brought to me, which made establishing a good latch more difficult. Because of the surgery, combined with my lil guy being a sleepy eater, it was even harder to establish a good milk supply. I tried a bunch of stuff, honestly... lactation cookies, fenugreek capsules and other lactation supplements. I really noticed a difference in my milk supply after using this drink mix when I pumped. It says to take up to 2x per day but I took it every 8 hours. I suggest to buy in bulk if possible. I ordered 3 for my second order because I loved it so much. Would recommend to any mommy who's breastfeeding and needs a lil help upping her supply.

Well worth it
I have had nothing but problems with my milk supply. After a week in and out of the hospital at two months post partum my milk had mostly dried up. I am power pumping as well as *attempting* to pump after feedings to bring back my supply. I figured this product might help and it did. I'm back up from about a half oz per session- total both breasts, rough i know- to about one oz on my left and a half oz on my right. I'm hoping i can get back to producing at least a full feeding of 3 or 4 oz but relactation isn't easy. Now the taste is delicious. Fenugreek is distinct, and the chai flavor works well. It tastes better with real milk but i also use unsweetened almond milk since it's much lower in calories. I even mix it in my oatmeal which is delicious. The description says not to heat it directly, so if you were to add it to warm milk you do so after heating the milk. I do the same when adding to oatmeal. My only complaint is that it takes a fair amount of stirring to dissolve in cold liquids but I'm so happy overall that it hardly matters.

BUY IT!!!
This stuff is amazing!!! After one day of using it I woke up with a doubled milk supply. I didn’t think there was any way it could have been from the product and using it for one day but after I continued to use it for a few days my milk supply just kept going up! After I feed my twins I still pump out 3oz on each side directly after they eat! It’s magic! And tastes way too good!!! I never leave reviews on anything but I felt like it was important for this subject because I know how it feels as a new momma to be confused on what supplements work and what ones don’t!

Versatile mix
This mix tastes great, but does not mix well at all in cold or hot milk. Whisk or spoon, it does not dissolve and either sticks to the side of the mug/cup or clumps up at the milk's surface. However - all is not lost! It's still drinkable, just not as nice as traditional chai mixes. It IS 1000 times better tasting than any traditional lactation teas. My best use of it so far has been to mix it in lactation and energy ball recipes (they are all over Pinterest - basically just old fashioned oats, peanut butter, flaxseed and honey) or mix in with oatmeal (after it has been cooked, because you aren't supposed to heat the mix itself.)
