16" (Inside Diameter) Sphagnum Moss Hanging Basket with Chain Hanger - The Original

There is nothing to not like about these hanging pots, I plan to use in the spring. They are well made & beautiful in color. Shipping and packing were excellent. Shipping is pricey but I understand why.

These baskets are fantastic and a bargain. Extremely well built, solid steel frame covered inside and out with moss. The chains hold at 4 points and are very strong, much better than the typical big box retailer basket.For Colorado, these are a perfect basket for our UV intense sunlight and exceptionally hot days of late. These are the very Same baskets we always admire in our local mountain towns that always look so beautiful and healthy. The moss absorbs moisture when watering the plants and remains wet keeping the roots and soil cool. Also much better than the coco lined baskets which we used till now and are giveing away.If you need hanging baskets, these are the ones to get, hands down. And shipping is not bad at all when ordering multiple baskets. They were well packaged and arrived in only a few days. And, I believe you can recover them with moss after a couple years, and the same vendor sells a small bale for only about 40 bucks. These are Stunning. Just say no to plastic.

Suited my need nicely

I have had these baskets before - 10 years ago! They have lasted that long! They are beautiful well made baskets that last for years and look so natural. I love them. Unfortunately I sent for the 18 inch to begin with and was too late to send them back (they are too big for what I wanted so I have 8 to sell at 1/2 price). I have now bought the 16 inch and they are great.

I wanted to replace all my old hanging baskets on the front porch so after quite a bit of research decided to go with these 16" sphagnum moss baskets. They arrived within a week and I must say that they are everything I was looking for and more. First of all they are very large-exactly what I wanted to be able to include a good variety of plants. The moss gives them a really nice and natural look and the lining helps them retain moisture well. The quality I believe will give me multiple years of planting. I also love that you can plant into the moss. The cost for these was so affordable.I paid full price for these.

I purchased some 20" baskets a year ago and have been very happy with them. The wire part of the basket is made with stainless steel and has held up very well the last year. The 20" basket was very large so this time I purchased a pair of 16" baskets. The baskets are lined with plastic but allows the water to slowly drain yet retain some water in the bottom to be wicked back up through the dirt. Delicate flowers fared very well through last years hot summer. The baskets are fairly inexpensive but shipping them was almost as expensive as the baskets. Nevertheless, I haven't been able to find anything nearly this nice of quality in my local stores or nurseries.

These are very nice baskets, very large and can't wait for planting season. Went back and purchased two smaller ones.
