Not as advertised, it is NOT glossy. I just fired a whole classrooms worth load with this glaze and it was the biggest mistake of my teaching career (tip: test stuff because the kiln is unpredictable)

Love this glaze!! Looks amazing over speckled clay. Enhances the speckle while still making the clay appear mostly white. Also lets colored slip / englob show its color, but very muted through the white. It’s a perfect blend of solid white and clear shiny glaze. … Also, shakes up well and brushes on nicely.

Examples fired to ~Cone 5 (was aiming for cone 6 but had a kiln issue). The lighter clay is Laguna #55 and the darker is Laguna #70
