Took one person (me) about an hour and a half to assemble (since I didn't follow instruction and had to disassemble and reassemble half of it (I put the leg screw holes on the inside of the compartment rather than the more obvious outside). Hardest part for me was lining the dowels up to get the peices to fit together but a little patience and some shifting and it was done.All hardware was in individual bags with letters. There were bags of "extras" and all the tool required were included. It was nice not to have to scramble for the right size screwdriver or try to figure out which screw they mean by Screw A. It was all labled very clearly.Wood grain looks much better in person and the cusion is a nice good thickness and doesn't look plasticy. It fits 3 pairs of shoes underneath but combat boots did not quite fit.Overall it is exactly what I was looking for and good quality for the price. Assembly was easy and all tools were included. If I have any criticism it is that it is slightly shorter than I would have liked, but I knew that going in. It is the second peice of furniture I've purchased by Vasagle and I've been very happy with both pieces. I will likely buy from them again.

For flat pack furniture, this is one of the nicer pieces I've assembled. It's not flimsy and looks nice

The tower is fine, solid and provides a lot of storage. One point off because of pictorial only instructions that can be confusing.

Very sturdy and doesn’t take up too much wall space

I ordered 2 of these because they look nice and i wanted a better quality shoe rack. What a nightmare. Poor instructions and cheaply made. Spent 2 hours assembling it to find out that it's not going to work because the holes don't line up. Upper section didn't fit into the lower section. Spent another 45 minutes taken it apart. Very frustrating. I didn't mess up on the instructions. I've assembled many things before and quite capable of this. What a pain in the you know what to return it also because it was heavy and I had to go to a FedEx store. Luckily , they sent me a free return label and I didn't destroy the box. I gave it 1 stars because it was free return. I wind up buying a cheap material shoe rack which worked fine and saved me a lot of aggravation.

The media could not be loaded. These fast fashion and there is also fast furniture. This is fast furniture not made with wood but particle board. But for the price it’s worth it. The assembly was tricky you have make sure every piece lines but and manually screw it in. You can not use power tools it will shred the particle boards and the whole piece will wobble lop sided. High heels are not really meant for this. It’s more sneakers and flats

Big but looks good. It took us 2 hours to put together. Not too bad and it looks great

Good, sturdy piece. Fits nicely in my narrow closet.
