I enjoy playing with this very much. You'll need to use a little lube to get everything in it (and out of it), but if you enjoy a little pain and torment, this is a good product. Since the pp sticks out, I can play with it while the boys are being crushed, which I particularly enjoy.

Wow, does the job of crushing your boys for a consistent pressure and ache. There is no safety stop, so make sure you are careful when playing, especially with others - make sure you communicate! I'm average size and ordered the 45/55mm version and everything fits through both openings just fine. If you're larger than average go up! If you're smaller size, go down to the 40/50mm.

It does what it's supposed to but needed a bigger size hole for the front.

For those a little bigger it’s very uncomfortable since the holes are not nearly big enough and start to cut into the skin a bit

This is a badly executed version of a device that has been on the market for years. Screws too short and misaligned, and the sizing is completely off. The holes are too big but the max space between the panels is way too small. I’ve owned two of these in the past and they worked perfectly.

When I was put into this thing I was squeezed to ecstasy! Miss Sexy utilized this to control my pleasure. The only thing that sets this back is the sizing of the holes. The base hole is perfect but the top hole is hard to size. Doesn’t keep hard. To get around this little issue a tight base ring works perfect. The first O I was given was ruined and ran out all over the top of the acrylic. Sexy as eff!

While it's ironic to rate "comfort" for this kind of device, I will say that it was extremely satisfying to use. This thing is quite sturdy and seems well built. The only downside was the smaller hole in the one I originally ordered was slightly too narrow and caused the *wrong* kind of discomfort. Play safe.
