Works great
Placed in a Makita beam saw. Works great. Don't notice a difference from the Makita branded blade.

Great Bargain, reliable blade
Sharp and reliable blades are a must in construction .Normally I purchase a Brand name blade at $210.00 each. Since I was working on a very large patio cover with a smaller than usual profit margin I decided to try out a more economical blade. The Diablo blade offered the same configuration as the other brand, was very sharp and after cutting over 30 - 4 x 8 rough sawn beams it remains very sharp. I highly recommend this blade.

Leaves a nice finish
Beam saws require a sharp blade for good results. This one did a good job for me. Once it dulls it will vibrate and cut poorly.Just re-sharpen and you're good to go. Everything in blade technology is a trade off. A thicker kerf blade will run straighter but needs a bigger motor to cut at the same rate as a thin kerf blade. I put this on a Makita beam saw that is underpowered due to 15 amp circuits being the normal power available. If you have a several thousand dollar Mafell beam saw running 240 volts then thin kerf is not so much of an issue.
