I purchased this pH meter storage solution for my HM pH meter that I use to test the pH of potting soil at a greenhouse operation. I normally purchase the solution that is sold by the manufacturer of my specific meter. After searching on Amazon I came across this solution and decided to try it. The ingredients are identical but the best part is the price. For just a few more dollars above what I was paying for a 2 fl oz bottle from the actual manufacturer, I was able to purchase this product which is a little over 8 fl ounces. That is an amazing bargain! It says on the bottle that it can be used for storage of any pH meter that requires a storage solution to be used. As for quality, I haven’t used it yet but given that the ingredients are the same I do not anticipate there being any issue. If I do run into quality issues I will update my feedback accordingly. When the package arrived it was packaged well and no fluid had leaked out of the bottle. The bottle has a seal on top that has to be removed before first use, which always gives me reassurance that it is straight from the production plant and of standard quality. The bottle is not one of the super cheap plastic bottles that can easily shatter or crack. It is made of high quality plastic material. I also like that it has a flip up/down lid that snaps in place when you close it and once open it has a small spout where you can let the solution slowly drip into the sponge that’s attached to the meter’s cover. This product couldn’t be any easier to use. I’ll save the best part for last. It is produced in the USA! The company is located in Arkansas and produces this solution at their factory there. So if you were to have a problem with the solution it’s clear where the manufacturer is located and wouldn’t be hard to reach. All in all I’m quite happy with this purchase! I will update if anything changes.

Does what it is supposed do!

Been soaking my PH electrode in this for about 6 months no problems at all. Meter works great and always stays in calibration. I would say this is a solid product.

I put this in my ph pen and ec pen lids so that the tip is kept wet as most pH and ec meters this is a requirement for longevity of instrument.

This solution is not too expensive, but it keeps my probe in great condition. I don’t need to calibrate it as often either. I would definitely recommend this to anyone.

My meter has been accurate longer since using this stuff. Don't have to calibrate it as often.
