First off, there is in fact a mfg and exp date on the bottle. Someone claimed there was not, and I can understand why. It's printed black in that dark grey/black box. The only way I could see it was by taking a picture with a flash. Mine was mfg in 2022 and exp 2024.I do believe that I am gaining muscle better with this product. I'm 66 and work out 5 to 6 times a week, pretty hard. Will order more.
