Hikari Micro Pellets are an exceptional premium choice for anyone keeping small-mouthed tropical fish like Tetras, Barbs, Guppies, or Danios. The granule size is incredibly tiny, making it effortless for small fish and even fry to eat without struggling. With a high 43% protein content sourced from quality krill and cuttlefish meals, it delivers visible growth and energy boosts to fish that might look a bit skinny initially. The performance in the water column is ideal for a mixed tank. The pellets sink slowly, which allows surface feeders, middle-column swimmers, and bottom dwellers to all get a fair share before the food settles. Another massive plus is color enhancement; within a couple of weeks of daily feeding, the natural vibrant colors of neon tetras and guppies brighten up noticeably. Because it is packed with dense nutrition, fish leave absolutely no trace behind, keeping the aquarium water clear and free of rotting debris.
