I’ve gone through a bunch of zinc supplements over the years and this Nature Made Zinc 30 mg is by far my favorite so far. The tablets are small and easy to swallow, which sounds minor but really matters when you take stuff every day. One pill a day and the bottle lasts over 3 months, so it’s a good deal too. What I really like is that it doesn’t mess with my stomach. A lot of zinc brands make me feel kind of queezy if I don’t eat a big meal first, but I’ve taken this one with just toast or even tea and it’s been totally fine.
