LIVING JIN Vegan Cheddar Magic Cheese Sauce Powder 6oz, Plant-Based

I love it. I have tried so many different powdered vegan cheese. This one is a really five star. It doesn’t taste chalky oily gritty or too much coconut. It tastes very creamy cheddar cheese and it doesn’t upset your stomach. It tastes delicious. You can put it on anything try it.

This is a good base line cheese sauce for so many things. You can add all kinds of things to make your "cheesy" dish special. Flavor is good and you can make a much or as little as you need. I've made nacho cheese sauce, Mac and cheese, and topped my broccoli with this. I've made it spicier and individualized my dishes. So far, it's been pretty good. It's hard to compare to real cheese (as I've been lactose intolerant for almost 20 years), but it seems to have a good cheesy base flavor to build on.

I was really shocked if was very good. Made Mac and cheese added a bunch of vegan butter, plant based milk, dash of paprika, salt and pepper plus a ton of this powder I loved it and so did my omnivore husband who isn’t dairy free.

Makes a Mac and cheese that is really good. Super simple to prepare just mix it with water and microwave and add to some pasta or macaroni. If you’re vegan and miss Mac and cheese this hits the spot

I love it like crazy with my egg beaters and on my noodles and you name it. I’m not sure I trust the calories because when I withdraw from it, I’m able to drop my weight.

I wanted to love this. I've eaten plant based dairy products for several years and never expect them to taste the same. I am used to different "undertones" in sauces, but I had a hard time with the one from this sauce. It works, and it's cheesy. Obviously, some people love this, and I love that for them, but it's not for me.

I think it's on par with a meltable cheese that's on the cheaper side. Not overly flavorful but still hits the spot when you feel like some nacho cheese and chips or something. This is coming from a lifelong cheese lover. The first batch I made was very globby but I may not have mixed it well or overheated it. It's a little slow to mix at first but just keep at it and it will eventually mix quite well. It does start crusting very quickly too when heating so I suggest microwaving for 15 seconds, stir, and repeat as desired. Stovetop would probably be best but I haven't tried that. The second time turned out great and was smooth and easy to dip. Add some salsa and mix well for a spicy addition. This has been a wonderful discovery for me as a vegan as I haven't found a good meltable vegan cheese for dipping until now! I haven't tried mac and cheese or anything else with it yet.

I was very skeptical about this as it is coconut based and I do not like coconut flavor but this is actually very yummy. I have only used this to add to my boxed vegan Safeway mac n cheese as I like more sauce in it; I tasted it prior to adding and couldn't tell it was coconut so it's worth a shot!
