Does a Great Job as an in-between and Daily Use
This vac is pretty awesome. It is lighter than I expected. Some said that it was heavy at the top, which is because the battery is mounted there. Instead of trying to hold it up, I let it rest on my hand and move it around. The vac does a great job on hard floors, as it has two types of rollers - one is with the "blades" and the other is a microfiber material, which means it not only picks up debris, it also sweeps and cleans the dust that has settled on the floor. It also will pick up when moving forward and reverse. Some cordless vacs only pick up when moving forward. It passes the Cheerios test, and picks up crunchy cat food on the floor with ease. This vac has 3 settings - high and low, and then the Clean Sense, which allows the vac to determine which speed and power is needed. On hard floors, I let the Clean Sense do its job and by doing so, the battery lasts longer. I also will start with the auto feature in the rooms with carpet, but sometimes I will notch it up to "high" to get a little deeper into the carpet. Initially, I was concerned that the battery would not last throughout the house, but it does for the most part. Once I have run through the house, I dump the collection bin, fold up the vac for storage and then I plug in the battery charger to top it back off. I never put it up without charging it fully again. After it fully recharges, I unplug the charger from the vac. The folding feature of the vac is a great way to store the vac, though I worry about the plastic tubing being bent up 180 degrees. Based on some reviews about the folding feature breaking something in that area, I am very careful when folding it up. It also is still confusing which button I press to fold up versus opening the bin to dump out the contents. So far, I have not accidentally dumped the container by pushing the wrong button. I'm still learning a month into it. I like the odor neutralizer, as it leaves behind a pleasant smell. I am very sensitive to fragrances and the little cartridge that comes with the vac smells really good. My house has a fresh smell after vacuuming. You can dial in the amount of fragrance to be released, and I have it on low. It will also last longer the lower the setting used. I also note that there are replacement cartridges from other sellers for this vac, so I will not worry about using this one up without replacing it. This does not replace my Rainbow vacuum, but it sure is a heck of an easier way to keep the floors tidy. I also have the robot vac by the same manufacturer and sadly it is not getting used as much now that I have this cordless stick. With this stick, I can spontaneously decide to clean up the floors, but the robot requires me to go all around the house picking up everything small enough to get the robot stuck. I also have a handheld cordless vac by another company and I occasionally use it instead of the hand vac on this vac. This vac comes with two attachments - one for dusting and one is a crevice tool. I so far I have not utilized either one, but the dusting tool has microfiber all around it, so I am excited to try dusting next. So, overall I am pleased with this purchase. I will need to use this over time to report back on the durability and quality of the build to fully conclude the value. If this vac dies on me, you can be sure I will immediately revise my rating, since this was a luxury purchase for me and I expect it to hold up. But, for now this is a welcome addition to my home.

Stratos Cordless is Definitely an Upgrade
This Shark vacuum leaves my older Shark in the dust. We get a lot of spruce needles tracked in. The older, bigger, heavier Shark is having trouble picking them up from our wood floors. The Stratos makes short work of them. It is amazingly powerful, much lighter and more maneuverable than the old one. It weighs only about eight pounds so is easy to carry up the stairs. I have been using it on both floors, and cannot believe how much dust and dirt came out of the rugs that had been swept with the older vacuum. The flex capability makes it easy to store. Although the battery needs to be charged frequently, I find this a minor inconvenience compared to dealing with an electrical cord. Stratos is definitely an upgrade.

Waste of money.
We bought this vacuum in November of 2025. It is now July of 2026 and the vacuum we paid $499.99 for is dead. Do not revive, no pulse, dead. It has been flashing an error code that the Google says means a sensor needs to be cleaned. First problem, good luck finding ALL of the sensors that are packed into this thing. Then finding and cleaning the filters. We took it apart multiple times, cleaned everything that could be cleaned, and the vacuum flat out died less than a week later. It has been used primarily on hardwood floors, with the occasional rug, in a 2000 square foot house. It MIGHT vacuum half of the house before the battery dies, then I could pick up where I left off the following morning. Battery life was not great, and after the first 6 months the battery charge would not go over 90%, no matter how long it was plugged in for. Would not recommend and will not be buying the same vacuum as a replacement. Shark is. no help as it is "outside of the return window."

Performs great on hardwood and tile floors.
I was skeptical but after several months this vac is still working well. It is easy to use, maneuvers under furniture, picks up dirt (and especially dog hair) very well. The battery has remained strong. Carpet is a different story. If you donโt have a lot of carpet it will be fine, but the extra suction required for carpet drains the battery very quickly. It works very well on hardwood and tile floors.

Fantastic Vacuum
This vacuum works GREAT!!! It works better than any vacuum I have ever owned! I have vacuumed with this after vacuuming with a bag vacuum. I was amazed at what it still picked up. It works great with dog hair too. It works so well, I purchased another one!

2 years and going strong
I've been meaning to write a review on this vacuum for a while because we've been so happy with it. We've had a variety of cordless stick vacs from Dyson, Eureka, Tineco, and more. This has by far been the best one we've ever had. It was $500 when we bought it and had a black Friday deal of $300. This is about what we've paid for previous stick vacuums. The things I like most about this model is: 1. Actually easy to empty out 2. Excellent suction. Works nearly as good as our plug in vacuum. 3. Adapts to various surfaces well and works well on both hard floors and carpets/rugs. 4. Nice shut off features when something gets caught so you can fix it before it's really wrapped 5. Easy to remove rollers to get off build up over time 6. Auto sense works pretty well to maximize battery life 7. Scent release is a nice bonus and helpful 8. RARELY gets clogged. This one should probably be higher as this is a common problem on stick vacs of all levels. Most of the time I can just get it out vacuum up about anything I want including pretty sizable chucks and easily get 15-20 minutes out of it on auto sense if I want. It just works then it's easy to empty and keep using again. We've been so happy with it and I hope we never have to replace it.

Pricey vac, not really worth the money, does ok.
I bought this vacuum nearly a year ago after watching way too many review videos. I settled on this one because it performed great on solid flooring per many reviews & with pet hair. Overall it's ok, it's easy to use but I would not buy it again. In fact, my mom wanted to know what I thought of it to see if she wanted to purchase one, and I told her to pass on it. The battery run time is the worst part. I mostly use the option where it decides how much power/suction to use. One minute I'm at 76% battery and the next minute I'm at 20%. It does do well on hardwood floors but I find the vacuum head very hard to clean and get the cat hair untangled from. It does not stand on it's own unless you fold it over, I knew that, but I do wish it came with a wall mountable holder. I didn't go with the more expensive Sharks that empty out the dust bin when you dock it, almost wish I had, as I have accidentally opened the dust bin on this one many times because I pushed the wrong button trying to fold it in half lol. Operator error I know! I don't consider it a good value for the money. Had I not had gift cards I could apply to the purchase I never would have purchased it. It's insanely expensive for what I consider an better than ok but not the awesome rechargeable vac.

Inadequate
At first, I liked it, except that the buttons were so hard to see that I added labels for โThis empties container, this will let you fold the vacuum, this lets you remove the handheld portion, etc.โ In a short time, within a few months, the charge was no longer long enough to do a quick vacuum of path areas in each room, but I still liked the overall ease of use. I could deal with doing just 1 or 2 rooms. It was lightweight, cordless, and ok. Due to recent mobility issues, I have not been vacuuming regularly, but last night plugged it in to get a full charge. It only charged to 80% overnight. Turned it on, suction seemed low. I pressed the button to turn on the beater bar, and it almost instantly it shut itself off. Nothing wrapped around the bar It is now e-waste. Iโll be looking for a new vacuum, and may just go "old school" corded, though definitely not a Shark.

Would buy another
Works like they say

Heavier than expected.
Heavier than Dyson Stick. Need repetitive passes to pick up crumbs from kitchen floor. When debris detected, the motor kicks into high gear. Dust container easy to open and clean out. Very solid appliance.
