I have used for a couple of years; mostly at night but have used during the day when I have to drive a long way. I will continue to buy. My only negative comment is PLEASE consider pricing. I think if you continue to increas3 the price, I will reluctantly have to fund an alternate product!

**Q: Sizes available? small, medium large**
A: Hi ~ in my opinion they are One size fits all
They are numbered up to a 7   It’s the number I use.    I do not worry with a 7 They say overnight but I am fine with them day and night.  Note: the small end goes to the front.  I’ve tried all brands and for me  Tena is the best. I have MS and these Pads make my life better.  I say get the 7 and try them.  Go from there ~ you can go down if need be. For me they are the best. Amazon has them on my back porch no fail.

**Q: Wondering how well these stay in place when active like walking or running? Do they hold up well as the day goes along or fall apart?**
A: They hold up very well, are absorbent, and they stay in place.  I don’t run anymore, but do walk regularly and without any issues. I do recommend that you wear underwear that fits well and is not too big. I’m in the process of losing weight and I noticed that if my underwear does not fit correctly, there are some slight sagging problems.

A: The length of these is 16".

**Q: why did product come with its embarrassing logo on package?**

Wonderful pad! I have very sensitive skin and this is perfect for me. Very soft, comfortable and absorbent. These pads are far superior to Poise pads. I was at Walmart, and they were out of the Poise pads #6, so bought the TENA pads. I had never heard of this brand before, but once I tried this product; I never went back to Poise pads. TENA pads are longer, wider, more comfortable, and more absorbent. The adhesive liner keeps the pads in place with no shifting or bunching. Also, they are a great value for the money.
