The device stopped working but by some reason can't refund
My beauty wand has stopped working and I'm unable to turn it on. I'm unsure what the problem is. Amazon has informed me that a refund is not possible.

Value for money, easy to use & great results
I love this product. Easy & simple to use but really effective. It is compact so it doesn't take up lots of room in the bathroom or bedroom as part of your skin care regime. I use it with a serum & it glides across my skin. I have only had it a few weeks but I can see & feel a difference in my skin quality already. A fabulous little addition to anyone's skin care and affordable too, saves time & money on trips to a salon!

To be fair it's one of the best led products I ever tried

Love it!
I can see a difference already! I purchased this as I was concerned with redness and uneven skin tone. There's a few different modes and intensities, I usually use it with my hyaluronic serum on the combination mode with the yellow light for hyperpigmentation. It's also really easy to use and re-chargeable
