can I use on black grout ?

Sure. It may turn your grout a little bit darker, but it will seal it just fine. And you need to seal the grout anyway, because grout is not waterproof but absorbs water due to what it’s made of. So need some sort of sealant or it will get water inside/behind it and deteriorate over time.

How is this different than the black diamond aqua-x grout and tile sealant? i couldn't find this product on black diamond's website, only the aqua-x.

will this leave a lasting finish? Satin, Glossy finish? A wet look? Besides sealing, does it leave a type of finish?

Haven’t noticed any gloss, shine, wet or dull changes to my porcelain tile. To me it looks just like it did before. The only difference is how water beads up like on a freshly waxed car.
