28' 27' ft Round Above Ground Swimming Pool Polar Winter Cover 10 Year Warranty

Purchased product and installed in mid-September of 2017. Attempted to remove product on Sunday, June 3, 2018. Cover ripped and disintegrated when pulled, dispensing leaves and 'mush' to the pool bottom. Eventually the rest of the cover was removed in pieces as it was totally disintegrated.Warranty policy is to replace with same model cover but first a piece of the old cover must be returned to IcebergUSA -Prepaid and a $10 inspection fee must be paid. BTW, I could not locate IcebergUSA on the internet to obtain a phone number and/or address.Conclusion - I would not want to cover my pool with another 'piece-of-shit' cover like this one so you can shove your warranty - you know where.I wish to personally thank the 'good' folks at Amazon for selling me this piece of garbage. The memory of this event will remain fresh in my mind the next time I wish to make a purchase of any kind.

Not a good choice for Arkansas weather which doesn't have extreme cold or snow. Toward the end of the first winter I used this product barely poking it with my finger would punch a hole in it. The reason I purchased cover is to keep leaves out during the fall, before the first winter was over (2018), the rim tore out and all the accumulated leaves went inside pool. So I am not only out the money buying it I'm out the time and money cleaning out leaves when I open it. Which is time consuming.

If I could give this a negative mark I certainly would. This cover didn’t even last 3 wks in Michigan. The rachet broke on a windy day and tore the cover. I have been in contact with the company since November 11th, 2017. I have heard every possible excuse and nothing has been resolved.I now have a brand new pool that will not have a cover on it for the winter, plus all the debris that is now in it.So much for them backing the 10 yr warranty.Utterly disgusted

2 stars for covering the pool. Winds will tear this thing up , it fits extremely loose and I had go use blocks to tie it down do it woidlnt blow it away. Even with the wire drawer tight around the pool.

Had this for about 2 months and it started ripping across the seam.It finally ripped all the way across the pool and I am now having to open my pool a month early.This is under warranty, I tried contacting the seller by email, but never heard from the them. I would not recommend this product or the company to anyone.

The price is good for a cheap cover. lasted all winter,,, will buy another this fall, as I don't think it would make it another year. Just as well, as I don't want to store the cover all year anyhow.

After I went to put the winter cover on the pool. I realized the cover seemed very short. i went back and checked the sticker on the back on the package. It said the cover was big enough to fit a 21' X 21' round pool. I have no clue how you can put in the header 27' 28' foot round pool cover for product description . What a waste of effort and my time.

Great cover! So glad we ordered this 28' 27' pool cover for our 24' pool. Ample room on the edges. We would buy this again & I would recommend it to others.
