Works well for me, proper dosing easy to find and nothing else but the leaf! My gastro doc states long term use of no issue, when everything else is hit or miss or pharmaceutically too damn expensive

I am not getting paid to write this review but I'm just amazed at how well this product works! I know a lot of people have digestive issues and you have to be careful what you take because sometimes things can cause a lot of cramping and people think the product has gone bad or does bad things to their digestive system. Totally not the case! That means the product is working. I do get cramping from this product but I'm used to that happening if the product actually works. That means it's moving stuff through your digestive system and getting ready to let it out! I'm not sure what others expect to happen lol I have taken other forms of pooping pills and nothing seems to work. I mean literally, I have to take them for several nights in a row and they finally then work. I've also taken different forms of magnesium and those don't work for me either! This product however, works every single time! Do you wake up in the middle of the night cramping? Yes you can. However, sometimes I have woken up in the middle of the night and gone to the restroom and didn't feel the urge to go number two. Other nights I may wake up at about 4:00 or 5:00 in the morning and it's already working! It really all depends on the amount of water that you drink as well! I don't nearly drink enough water like I should, so that tends to make having to poop the next day go until about 11:00 until it actually starts to work. But if I'm hydrated well, then it pretty much works first thing in the morning. This is just my personal opinion on the product and I just wanted to do a review because I absolutely love it and for those of you that have a hard time pooping, this may be what you need. Again, everyone is different, so it may not work for you, but it is certainly worth a try! 😉

Useful for the occasional constipation, but do not become dependent on this it will ruin your digestive system

Be careful taking this too often, it will tear up your stomach. Do not take more than 2 pills, you will regret it in the morning...
