Very good, it helps with dream recall and just overall clarity. Easy to swallow, unless it turns sideways. 😅 Not sharp, just uncomfortable. It's taste is strange, but nothing to bad. I felt no stomach upset.

I can't even remember where I heard about these, but I goggled haritaki and came to amazon. These looked good and they are. Only been taking a few days and the first couple were obscured by a fever from getting 4 vaccines . Felt like crap but took these anyway. One thing I noticed while I was sick ,my eyes weren't bothering me. My eyes always bother me. They are really dry and my lids itch. Nothing helps the itching but hyurloronic acid keeps my eyelids from sticking to my eyes. Yes this really happens. But I felt to bad to bother taking my other supplements. I would have had to because that's a very painful thing to happen, but it didn't happen. I'm laying there sick and thinking you at least need to take that one because of your eyes and realized, I hadn't taken anything the day before besides this. Then I realized they weren't itching either. Thought, yeah,we'll see. They didn't "clean me out " which I was kind of worried about since I was " ill". But they did help because I'm always constipated. I'm not now. I'm pretty normal. The only problem I'm having now is my insomnia. I can say when I finally do fall asleep, I sleep really deep. And I never have before. My last comment is , I feel really good ! I mean REALLY good. I'll be 69 this month and I'm definitely not active enough. So I'm always pretty stiff and sore unless I have a reason to go out and move , 🙃. I'm not stiff. I'm not sore. I feel really good. I would suggest these to anyone whose not already on medication. I don't take any pharmaceuticals so it was an easy choice for me. It says consult your doctor. They never know. We don't have an herbalist within 50 miles of here. Glad I took a chance.
